I had been looking for a Suzuki jimny at many different dealerships up and down the NSW south coast, because this is a highly sought after car in Australia many of the dealership salesmen would overprice the car, lie about the delivery times saying the car would be delivered within 3 months if a deposit was put down that day and just be blatantly rude, until we called Clyde Suzuki in Batemans bay and spoke to Tony Favourito who was COMPLETELY honest with delivery time saying no one in NSW can have a Suzuki jimny made and delivered within 3 months he also said I’d be waiting 8 months at the least possibly 12 months, he also was clear and fair about the price and because of this I put a deposit down that day and got my car in 7 months, the whole process was smooth and stress free. I took my car in to be serviced here and they couldn't find my booking. This was fine as they kindly fitted time in to have a look at the issues I was experiencing.

They quoted $950 labour to replace a part that I had to order myself.

Upon a second opinion I was told it was an extremely easy job and wouldn't even be charged as the part could be changed in 5minutes.

After receiving a message from them requesting feedback I followed it up to express my concerns. However after leaving a message to call me back I was never contacted.

The receptionists were lovely and helpful but my overall experience was poor, and being a full-time student with high living costs, I'm glad I didn't get robbed of that $950.

To note I'm not usually one to write poor reviews but ripping people off is so wrong.
