WAVE YOGA + LIVING Casuarina

I have tried every class here and absolutely LOVE them all. All the instructors are very very professional and very good - different styles, different techniques that you can apply them and challenge yourself in each class. Everything at Wave Yoga and Living across 3 studios is well organised. It’s also very convenient to have the Creche (kids club) available here at Casuarina studio from 10-11 on weekdays and my kids LOVE Ms Janiene (the Creche staff). She is very professional and sweet with the kids. One more thing here is Kids’ Yoga class, our kids love and enjoy it every time they attend. We have booked the kids for kids’ yoga workshop this summer holiday and can’t wait!!! I feel so lucky to have found this place. 😊

My three children attended a kids yoga class here during the holidays. They absolutely loved the activity and the teacher was so kind and supportive. I only wish we were locals as we would definitely be attending classes weekly as I think they would be so beneficial during the school term. We will be back next holidays!!

Amazing Yoga studio with great teachers that are extremely knowldgable and a very inviting studio you will be hooked after the first visit 🙌🏽.
