Good budget rentals and accommodation. Nice complexes in an area where the price of real estate is through the roof.

After paying over $350 a night for 3 nights, we found Beach Shack 13 very disappointing.
To gain entry we were given a four digit code but were not informed to follow it with the # key. It was only by chance we finally opened the door when we tried the # after no one bothered to respond to our call after waiting 30 minutes! Nor were we told the code needed be be entered again to lock the door when leaving the premises.
The 'free wifi' was non existent. Not even showing on any searches.
We had to pop down to Coles to get batteries for the TV remote as there were none.. Not even in any drawers.
There are no hangers in the wardrobes for use.
The accommodation was booked for 3 adults for 3 nights yet there were only 2 towels available and ONE roll of toilet paper!
The fridge was set on the highest temp but barely cold.
There was cobwebs and dust everywhere and sand all over the lounge. The air conditioning unit vents had visible mould. Seriously could do with a good clean.
The only positive thing we can say is that the location close to the beach and tourist spots was great.
