North Star Holiday Resort

We stayed at Northstar Resort for 3 nights, in a 2 bedroom cabin with our 2 kids. We stayed at two other resorts along the coast during the week but this place was our favourite!
Super friendly staff, great amenities and the kids had a blast!
The cabins were extremely clean and well maintained, the best we have ever stayed at!
We would definitely come back to this place !!

Jewel of Hastings point! Large sites easily accommodated our 10m van with ample space for parking. Excellent facilities including a water park, kids play centre where you can book them in, a tennis court, large outdoor kitchen area under cover, and an adult retreat with spa's and, yes, a 25m lap pool!!! We will be back next Easter, courtesy of the friendly staff that have already confirmed our booking.

Ripples staff are AMAZING - incredible meals every single day for a week. Reception staff were also great and the actual place is so family friendly. Something for every age group. Final shout out to the day spa team 🥇Be back next year 🌞

We stayed in the 3br apartment which has been renovated and has new appliances.it is situated above reception and across from the servo but we had no issues with noise from the road or guests. The rooms were spacious and although there was only the one air-conditioning unit in the living area, it was still able to cool down the whole apartment. The washer/dryer in the bathroom was a good send!
The waterpark was a hit with the kids and us adults enjoyed the big waterslides.
We're looking forward to coming back!

Great holiday resort for families with little kids. The cottage we stayed in has a modern and clean, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility. Kids can cycle around and have a nice water slide.

This place was an absolute gem and had pretty much ever amenity you could ask for. Spa's to get away from the kids at camp, massages (extra) to get some epic brownie points with your partner, a play area for the kids that was kitted out better than most and a great kids pool with slides and everything. That's not even all of it: they can basically chauffer your caravan in with a tractor if needed.
Sites were fantastic and had loads of space for our tent, we had an ensuite site which was a bit of a game changer really. Sites were really clean, the aluminium picnic bench in each site let us all hang out together and share a meal.

Had a ensuite site for a couple of nights,had a massage and spent time in the adults retreat. It's an amazing park with very friendly staff would recommend to anybody to come and check it out. Will definitely be on my list of places to go 5\5☆☆☆☆☆

Awesome park for families with kids and others who like to enjoy pamper camping, onsite restaurant, pools, marine education and open areas. Plus you can treat yourself or your loved ones to a massage or beauty treatment.

We had a caravan powered site, loved the adult only pool and spa are included in the fee. The restaurant at the resort has lovely takeaway meals, one of the best fish & chips we’ve had on our travels $25 .

North Star Holiday Resort is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The resort's location is nestled amidst beautiful natural surroundings. The two accommodation villas in which the family stayed were comfortable and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The variety of activities available was impressive - from swimming pools and water slides facilities and the cafe entertainment food/drink options from Ripples cafe, there was never a dull moment.

The food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, with an excellent selection to satisfy all the kids/adults taste buds. I particularly enjoyed the cocktail / happy hour and even live music which added a nice touch to dining experiences.

Overall, my experience at North Star Holiday Resort was fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Whether it's a family vacation or a relaxing retreat, this resort truly shines like a North Star in the hospitality industry.

Without a doubt, one of the best holiday parks I've ever visited.

Loved the park. Even though it was full, it didn't feel like it was packed.

My child had a blast at the water park.

Ensuite sites are a great size, clean and tidy. Astro turf to most of the sites which is also great to reduce dirt and sand.

Loved the room we were in, nice and spacious. Our boys had fun in the splash park, The beach was within easy walking distance.

Friendly staff, very accommodating, very clean cabin. Very well equipped kitchen in our cabin. Well priced. The grounds very tidy, Heaps for the kids, the water playground and slides were a big hit. Beach a short walk away. Don't forget mozzie spray if you sit outdoors at night. A quick drive up to Coolangatta airport. I highly recommend, and would definitely take my family back.

What an incredible resort and unbelievable customer service! We have been caravanning with our small family for almost 5 years and this was by far one of the most amazing resorts. The facilities are incredibly clean, the atmosphere so peaceful and the staff are the real point of difference. On day one we were greeted by 2 of the most loveliest receptionists and even our van was tractorerd (yes they offer to park your van for you) to our designated spot. We hadn’t even been there an hour when a maintenance man came over and offered us an extension cord for our areal and also some great tips on local whale watching spots. From the kids club to the restaurant the customer service was at the same level you would find at a fine dining restaurant or 5 star hotel we we’re absolutely blown away and having stayed at over 50 different caravan parks the people who work at Northstar where the best yet. We cant wait to come back again

Fabulous park. Cabin was modern and sparkling clean. Park facilities were great. Beautiful beach just a short distance away. Definitely recommend this park. Also looked to have beautiful landscaped van sites.
