Husband booked a nights get away for my birthday here and I was not disappointed at all. The ladies on reception were so welcoming and accomodating & the rooms were comfortable with many cute touches. Highly recommend and will come back

Took my 9yr old Grand Daughter for a Mocktail on her Birthday, while Grandma had a Cocktail - the space where we were seated was very special, looking out to ocean XXX.
After spending time together the rest of the Family joined us for Bar Snacks etc.
The service, drinks & food were wonderful... all staff were so kind in making the occasion relaxed & enjoyable

I’ve now had two pregnancy messages at Halcyon House and both times I’ve almost cried with how beautiful the experience is and how relaxed I’ve felt. Today I was massaged by Melanie and she was insanely good, I feel like I’m floating. 10/10 would recommend the Halcyon House Spa - it’s not just a massage but an entire experience that leaves you feeling so special and relaxed:

The property is beautifully appointed and the team is personable, caring & professional.

We have used the venue for team gatherings as well as private holidays.

To start your day with lunch at Paper Daisy, enjoy a drink in front of the fire and then retire to your room makes the whole break feel like you are staying at a friends house who knows how to look after their guests!!

My wife and I stayed here in April this year for our anniversary. It was absolutely amazing, the food and drinks were great. It was also great to see them stock local drinks, we had the ‘North Wall Kombucha’ in our mini bar and it was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend!!

We had the best time here! Stayed 4 nights (Sunday - Thursday) and loved it. It was very peaceful and quiet during these times and we had the run of the pool and restaurant/bar. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Paper Daisy restaurant was epic with many items on the menu changing daily. The huge beach opposite was peaceful and pristine. We went surfing, runs along the beach, swimming and walks up to Norries Head.
I have no idea why this only has a 4.2 rating!? People whinging about the price should just holiday elsewhere! We loved it and look forward to coming back.

The food was rare and memorable.The spa treatments were blissful and a very relaxing experience Loved it and will be back again

Can’t think of too many places that have put it ALL together like Halcyon House.

Halcyon House is exceptional and a place where every little detail is considered. The stylish rooms, restaurant and pool area are so comfortable and creatively designed. The staff looked after us so well and were ready to go out of their way to ensure our stay was 5 star. All meals and drinks at Paper Daisy were incredible. We also loved the stunning location and would definitely come back.

If heaven was a place on earth, this would be it.
From the big things to the smallest of details like your name on the screen of the in-house phone, every single detail was done to perfection.
A special mention to the staff at paper daisy, it is very evident they receive extensive training, the service they provide is something we’ve never experienced. Our beautiful waitress went above and beyond with nothing but a smile and a friendly, warm persona. Whilst the food was out of our comfort zone, we thoroughly enjoyed it, the cocktails and champagne were equally delicious.
My only problem is, I didn’t want to leave!
Congratulations to the owner who has created an environment of ambience and happiness, with impeccable styling.

We booked a night away for our work Christmas party and had the best time. The location on the beach is amazing - we felt so taken care of and loved all the extra details everywhere.
Paper Daisy was such a treat and our favourite was definitely relaxing by the pool soaking up some sun and the vibe you guys have created. We came home feeling like we had an amazing weeks holiday and was a great place to connect as a work team in a calm and sophisticated environment.

Will definitely be back with the family.

My husband and I recently stayed at Halcyon House for our baby moon. We have stayed there before and always have a lovely time. I had to jump on to leave a positive review about Reuben who works in the restaurant Paper Daisy. He is an absolute asset to your business and was a pleasure to be around!! He even gave me a little handwritten "good luck" note, wishing me luck for the impending birth of my first child. Thank you Reuben and all the staff at Halcyon House.

Had lunch at Paper Daisy and must say the food, service and venue were superb.

Had an absolutely fabulous time with my partner on new years eve at Halcyon House just recently. The staff were SO friendly and knowledgable and made us bespoke cocktails as well as some fantastic suggestions from the menu. We got a $15 bowl of chips as a snack that were absolutely abysmal - avoid them at all costs. Outside of that, vibes were simply outstanding, highly recommended!

Great stay. Pool is beautiful, staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant there (paper daisy) is wonderful.
Rooms are very clean and they cater to your needs exceptionally well. Have stayed there twice now and won't have any hesitation going back again

An incredible experience of luxury and fine food in a relaxed atmosphere. 3 nights was just right to get into the mood and enjoy the whole experience.
Slightly disappointing was the number of children in and around the pool, we had not expected it to be a family holiday experience.

Truely an experience unlike any other. We’ve just checked out from a blissful stay at Halcyon House and it was by far one of the most incredible holidays we’ve had. The service not just from when we checked in, but from the moment we booked, was exceptional. Roxanne who checked us in was friendly, fun and incredibly accommodating, every-time we passed her during our stay she greeted us like old friends. At dinner, Brittany was a delight and made a food intolerance a real treat by providing some incredible alternatives totally unexpectedly. Emily even chased us down on the beach to let us know a spa spot had become available (which was pure bliss) . Every interaction with every staff member was exceptional. The food. The drinks. The accomodation, all perfection. Not to mention the small attention to detail that made you feel special, a turn down service, hand written notes, sorbet by the pool. Just the best holiday, relax, service, food, comfort, attentiveness in every way. We love it!!

Despite having a ‘fancy’ dinner menu, they’re more than willing to accomodate to disabled guests and guests who just want to eat something more casual. The staff always jumped at the opportunity to help my disabled relative, and I cannot thank them enough for helping make this holiday happen.
