Nick was fantastic in explaining everything and sending two amazing guys to pack the boxes.

I just had all my items picked up from my house as lm relocating up North
I had a very busy week at work and travelling in 4 days so limited time to pack up.
They came on time they were fast efficient and friendly and responsibly priced,
I think they also do delivery as well.

Organising the service was very simple and straightforward, and the removalist were very efficient and careful with moving and packing my items. I loved that the service came with complimentary protective blankets, padlock and keys - which was 2 less things that I had to think about! I did have to wait around 3 hours for the removalist to arrive, but to be fair, they arrived within the promised time frame. Would definitely recommend overall.

Unbeatable price and services offered - absolutely obliterates the need for hiring a trailer and paying over the top for a local storage facility! Nick was incredibly friendly, kind and understanding to our particular situation, listened to what we needed and explained what their services could do to meet our needs in the most cost effective and efficient way. Couldn’t recommend a company more!

Nick was very helpful with all my questions and was able to help us get a storage unit on very short notice. He was very responsive and the men who came the load the box were great. Very reasonable priced too :)

Great service! Came to my place, loaded up the pods full!!!! Not a cm of space wasted. Took the pods away, stored them and then a few months later, delivered to my new home. So easy and everyone at Ezebox is helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service and support, from the initial contact it was such an easy process. Clear drop off tracking time for the storage pods and the guys who packed the pods were fantastic, high Tetris skills with consideration and care in handling and packing. Highly recommend.

Ezebox made the entire process seamless! They send you a live link to track when your box arrives so that you can be prepared and ready to go on the day. The guys that arrived (John and Lafaele) were efficient and carefully placed my items in the box. Every square inch in my box was used and it fitted more stuff than I expected. Everything was packed in a box in 25 minutes. I will definitely be using Ezebox in the future.

Paul from the sales team was very helpful, accommodating, quick to respond and professional!
The movers were efficient and nice.
However, one of them (Laf) was grumpy and not welcoming. It would be helpful if the “ground” team would be trained in customer service as well! Thank you!

From first enquiry- Nick from the sales team was excellent- really wonderful customer service. Ann as well was super helpful in working through costs. On moving day we had a slight hiccup with needing another box to finish the job. The removalists were so accommodating and came back at the end of a long, hot day (on a Friday!) to load the final box. It was very much appreciated. All in all- very happy.
