I have attended this studio maybe 5 or 6 times. All of the instructors are warm + welcoming. I'm terrible with time and usually late to class and they never make me feel bad, I am always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for an inviting yoga class and a beautiful space for practice.

Had my first class at Lennox Yoga today and it was so beautiful and exactly what I needed. Dimity was such an intuitive teacher and shared beautiful wisdom along our yoga journey in flow this morning. Thank you Dimity for the reminder of the importance of the transition between poses. This made all the difference. So grateful and will definitely be coming back! ❤ 🙏🏽

The prenatal yoga classes at Lennox Yoga are simply divine and were the highlight of each week during my pregnancy.
I had terrible pelvic girdle pain from 24 weeks, but prenatal yoga stretched and strengthened my body in all the right ways so I was able to go into my first labour and birth feeling strong, flexible and pain free.
The teachers are so knowledgeable so I felt safe to continue to practise right up until my due date. I learnt to quiet my mind with my breath and any fears of birth melted away in those classes. I felt calm, confident and excited to birth my baby. Prenatal yoga gave me the opportunity to really connect with my body and baby, and to share that experience with other pregnant women was truly special. I made beautiful friends at prenatal yoga who I now share the journey of motherhood with! So highly recommend for all mums-to-be!

Despite my disorganisation, Dee was able to teach a wonderful private group yoga class for our small group on a recent holiday.
She brought all the equipment and took us through such a lovely, restorative practice. It was beautifully tailored to the group and our varied abilities and I cannot recommend Dee enough!

I have thoroughly enjoyed every class I have been too over my two week holiday stay in Lennox. I have been every day!
