Nice health food store, they do raw slices, vegan and gluten-free. Coffee was above average, but not as good as going to a boutique espresso which is understandable. Friendly staff. Rochelle the owner and the naturopath was so helpful, helped me with probiotics and hemp powder. Variety of teas and spices. Outdoor space to sit and enjoy a cuppa. God bless thank you

Smoothies are healthy AND delicious! They also offer a range of very healthy food options. Coffee is great (one of the best available in Lennox Head)! Large range of healthy and sustainable products also available for sale. Richelle and staff are committed to providing great healthy & sustainable food and products to the public and local community. They do a great job and we love supporting them during our regular visits to LennoxHead!

First time seeing mylk as the standard! Delicious, hearty range of food that was served promptly. Conveniently located in town centre with good parking.

It has been a long time since I have tasted anything as delicious as this housemade crumpet with avo and toasted seeds... my goodness I was in foodie heaven! Can't wait to go back tomorrow to try the banana and peanut butter crumpet, or maybe the vegan toastie or acai bowl. Oh so many choices.

Staff were absolutely lovely, smoothie bowls so nicely presented and tasty, alas they could be a little bigger for $14 but I can overlook that as I’d prefer flavour over quantity. Such a cute little shop and the seating out back is lovely of a morning.

Always a good experience with a wonderful range of products. The owners are full of knowledge and never make me feel like an inconvenience for asking questions or for having intolerances when ordering food/drinks.
Still rated my #1 in acai bowls also.
