Highgate Health - Infusion Centre

Needing my first ever iron infusion , I never knew places such as Highgate existed. So thrilled I found Belinda. Professional and caring, Belinda made me feel safe and secure. I normally faint, and didn’t, which was a first! The follow up email and referral was totally unexpected and fantastic.
I feel the management of my health is in very capable hands.

One of the best medical experiences I have ever had. Belinda and the team made sure I was very comfortable while I had my infusions. I feel like I finally have a medical team who listen and who are in my corner. It has taken a few years but I am so releived to have found Highgate Health.

Thank you to nurse Belinda for the exceptional care you provided to my daughter, Jennifer on Friday afternoon during her iron infusion. Jennifer was anxious due to past experiences already, nurse Belinda went above and beyond in dealing with her anxiety and putting Jennifer at ease. 10/10 for professional care and added humour together with after care service. We will be highly recommending nurse Belinda to anyone in need of a qualified, professional and outstanding Nurse practitioner.

The most beautiful and loveliest medical staff I’ve ever met! Belinda, Belinda and Jen were all so so lovely and caring and I really felt looked after getting my iron infusion here. The place is also so nice and cozy and they really make it a welcoming experience.
It also really makes a difference when you call to make an appointment and the person on the phone speaks to you in a very friendly manner. (I called 5 other places to make an appointment and every single one of them spoke to me like I was a bother to them.) After I made my appointment with Belinda I felt warm and welcome to come to this place. Price wise it’s also cheaper than most of the other places I spoke with!
I’m recommending this place to everyone I know!

My GP wanted to bill me for another consultation, despite already telling me in my initial results review consultation that I needed an iron infusion.
They then wanted to charge me $290 + the cost of the iron infusion ($30).
I found Highgate Health Infusion Centre at Norwest.
It couldn't have been simpler, I had a tele-health appointment with Nurse Practitioner Belinda, in less than 10 minutes I received my script electronically, and then at 2.30 same day attended the clinic.
I was met by the delightful Jen, from there in less than an hour I was consulted with and cared for so well by Belinda who administered my infusion.
Both my daughter and I had our infusions for less than the $290 my GP had quoted me for one.
Their level of professionalism make you think this is a big business, but it is a small 'lady start-up' and worthy of our support.
Please share with anyone you know that may benefit from an affordable iron infusion.

I visited the clinic today and I am absolutely amazed with the service. They made my day by being so caring towards me. I got a bit dizzy and started breathing heavily when the infusion started and they immediately calmed me down, settled me back and I was fine in few mins as it was just anxiety. they even sat next to me the whole time after that to make me feel supported and keep me distracted. I had such a lovely time there. They are wonderful and I absolutely recommend!!

My son needed an Iron Infusion and it was a smooth painless process from the blood test right through to the infusion itself. Belinda and her team took care of everything in a professional friendly manner that took any apprehension out of the process. Recommend Highgate to anyone with these needs!

I had the most wonderful experience at highgate health today whilst I had an infusion. It was a beautiful and calm clinic and I felt so comfortable. The staff are very helpful and informative and the snacks are great too 😊
