This place is a hidden - quiet gem. We had a cabin that was just that, and the location made exploring very easy from this location. At night the park was quiet, and the friendly possum on the roof soon took off after we said hello.
A great place to rest your head!

Clean, comfortable, loved the bird life. Probably a male did the design in the bathroom. They always put the toilet roll behind the body in many accommodation units . Decor well designed in matching the furnishings in the room.

I have lived here for the past six years and absolutely love it. There are plenty of things for the big kids and little to do. New water park playground games room a short walk to the beach for fishing etc you can also enjoy a horse or pony ride right out the front or if you cross the road enjoy an 18 hole golf course. There are also annual properties for sale.

Group of friends and I spent 2 nights here in tents, the sites are all fairly close together but big enough. Facilities are fantastic, there are two large cooking areas each with 2 BBQs, oven, microwave, fridges, kettle and toaster. The shower block is very well kept and clean the whole time, not run down and scummy like some parks. 2 minute walk to the beach. Will likely stay here again!

Great place to get away. It's peaceful and only a short walk from the beach. Bbq facilities are brilliant and plenty of space for a few families to use at once. Staff were friendly and the water park for the kids is excellent. So if you're looking for a place to get away that's not too far but far enough from the city for a long weekend or school holidays, look no further.

The best caravan park in Normanville, & one of the best I've ever stayed at.

Located on The Cape Jervis Road, this fabulous park is a real gem. It's right on the beach, with private beach access just a minute walk along the footpath over the dunes.

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times, & each time, I never want to leave. It can get busy in the holidays, so book ahead. It's lovely & quiet in October, & you have the beach to yourself.

The park itself is quite big, with a range of cabins to choose from with outdoor decks, plus powered & unpowered sites. It's beautifully positioned, with cabins closest to the beach adorned by glorious gum trees, & every time I've stayed there, I've encountered inquisitive lizards, & very talkative magpies.

The cabins are spacious, comfortable & adequate, & the undercover decks provide both sun & shade. If the wind is blowing in the right direction, & you leave a window open, you can enjoy an ocean breeze at night.

The park has a fabulous games room, for little or big kids, like myself, with a ping pong table, arcade games, etc, & there's a huge rustic lounge with a large open fireplace for cosy Winter nights. The kitchen is also big, complete with barbeques.

When you walk over the dunes & see the beach, you'll think you've died & gone to heaven. It's picture perfect with gorgeous views in both directions. Perfect for morning, afternoon or evening walks, working on your tan, swimming, or even fishing.

You can easily walk along the beach to Normanville from here, & there's also a lovely walking track 5 minutes down the beach, which will bring you back to the park. You often see horse trail rides, as they are located next door to the park.

Beachside caravan Park is just a short drive to Cape Jervis, & Victor Harbour.

I highly recommend this park, & it's such a beautiful spot on The Fleurieu Peninsula.

We have been going to this park now for over 8 years and have found the past year to be particularly fabulous. The new management (started just over a year ago) have a great mix of running a tight and safe ship and yet encouraging park users to have a fun relaxed holiday. I totally disagree with the negative comments below. We spend around 2 months each year at the park and have many friends who do the same. highly recommend it as a safe, relaxed and wonderful holidays experience with management who continue to go beyond what is normally expected. Friendly, easy going, reliable, efficient and accomodating!

Awesome place to bring the family. Budget accommodation with a chilled out atmosphere. Great for a beach fish for Gar and Tommies or a snorkel over the reef.
