Purchasing our home with Bendigo was an absolute pleasure due to a super star called Daniel A from Moonee Ponds. He helped us through the entire process, help us with the grant from the Government. We was super communicative, kind and professional. If i could have Daniel cover all my banking needs I would certainly be happy. Call Bendigo and ask for Daniel A from Moonee ponds you will not regret it! Thanks again Daniel for your professionalism and assistance.

The staff are so amazing. Respectful, kind, friendly and take the time to meet requested services. I never ‘cringe’ when attending this location.

Hi there,

Writing to you as a long time customer at Bendigo Bank. I attended Bendigo Bank in Moonee Ponds on the 29th of May at 10:30am until around 10:45am. I was attended to by David at the front counter and I want to make a mention of how attentive and helpful David was to me on my visit.

I want to make mention of another staff member present today, I didn’t catch her name but she was the middle-aged, blonde female supervisor who felt so inclined as to rudely interject in the discussion David and I were having while she herself was serving another customer at another service point. It was irritating but passable until she started discussing my personal business across the room in front of other customers. “It’s not the bank’s job to save money for you” I believe was the quote.

The supervisor essentially acted as an unreasonable and very loud roadblock in the situation that I was trying to deal with with David. Eventually David took the initiative to go beyond his supervisor and inquire with a more senior member of staff, someone named Mary who I did not see at the time of my visit but who quickly approved what we were trying to do from the very beginning.

So a very sincere thank you to both David and Mary for their help. The supervisor however needs to consider how to conduct herself more appropriately - very unimpressed with having my personal business made so public today.

"Useless" is the only way I'd describe this branch. Haven't had much to do with Bendigo Bank itself but I went to this branch today to open a new bank account. The teller told me that he can't do that because of an "appointment" that was coming up soon, asking me to "come back tomorrow".

By far, the worst first time experience I've ever had with a bank. Look around you, Bendigo. All the good banks offer a completely online process of opening a bank account while you're stuck in stone age. NONE of the banks tell their potential customers to "come back tomorrow" because the incompetent and useless teller can't manage his time better. What an absolutely pathetic joke of a service!

You can't complain about the customer service because there is none to complain about! Its online banking platform is run by Luddites, resembling something out of the dark ages!! The debit cards Bendigo provide only work occasionally and you will inevitably get stranded unable to pay to get out of a car park or for the lunch you just ate.
There are plenty of alternatives, pick any one but do NOT bank with this lot!!!

Been in here once recently & still suffering after it!! I explained to them re my account & they're really mucked it up! I'd to change some details on my account & explained to them that I needed them to ensure it worked as usual due to my details being different & they appeared to be trying to bully me into doing something that wasn't necessary & I shouldn't need to do.So now from this I've endured consequences that I don't take kindly to & the other branch agrees with me.These aren't good people to deal with through any Bendigo branch so I can't recommend strongly enough not to go to this office!!

Rude behaviour!

I went to create an account and the rude behaviour made not to create one!
