When it comes to building materials I have no clue. Here at Kemp Creek Mitre 10. I called and ordered items over the phone and I got everything I needed. Excellent customer service, Very informative and helpful. Easy to find the store and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for tradies and the general public. Makes me want to do more DIY. Thank you very much.

I needed a barbeque so I chose to use my work points on some vouchers for Mitre 10 thinking there was one near me, works out closest was Kemps Creek which was about a 25min drive, but worth it. Everyone was so helpful especially the ladies. Special mention to Cindy who was so patient and sorted out the vouchers because the system wasnt accepting the code, but she was doing everything to get it done. The boss was even gonna let me take all my things and just send the vouchers thru, but managed to sort it out with head office. Every other customer that came in were known by name, so I could tell it was a great environment. Thank you.

This is one of the better Mitre 10's in Sydney. They stock a wide range of retail items and it isn't "just for tradies" like some of the other Mitre 10's. They will order in things listed in the online catalogue if they don't have it in stock. I bought a vanity unit (basin + cabinet) for a very good price, which they ordered in for me. Great service there.
