Wonderful team of professionals, very caring and supportive...even helped our remote camp dog over the phone and mailed out his treatment more than 700km away, probably saved his life. Forever grateful 🐶

They went the extra mile for my fur babies and were so caring and helpful. Unfortunately the better vet service is closing. Wish there was some way to keep them here in Alice Springs.

My son's blue healer pup was brought here very sick on verge of death the lady vet demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication to my son's much loved dog. No words can describe the gratitude and appreciation we have for her interjection in saving our pets life

We have been with this vet clinic for over 14 years and would never go anywhere else. All of the staff from front reception to the vet surgeons are so fantastic and caring. We have had to have two of our dogs helped to the rainbow bridge and both times we requested this be done at home. Nothing was too hard and the empathy shown was so beautiful. A phone call from Kate the Monday after our most recent boy passed, just to send her condolences and to see how we were shows they go beyond the call of duty. 😍👍🐶🐶

Always responsive and helpful. Open late enough to schedule routine appointments after work, with an after hours line for emergencies. They also carry a surprising variety of pet food and supplies, including hard-to-get-in-Alice prescription diets. I'm confident my pets receive caring, capable attention when they need it.

Dr Emily is amazing. So good with my dog. She is a wonderful and caring Vet. Price is irrelevant. You only get what you pay for. I dont think they are any more expensive than the other vets.

Friendly, helpful vets, responsive in emergencies. Give good phone triage to help decide how urgent it is for you to come in.
Price is not ridiculous, what I would expect to pay for quality vet care.
