You will find beautiful scenery during the coastal walk from Kiama to Minnamurra.

The sky, river, sea, and trees all come together, allowing you to capture wonderful photos for sure.

If you can bring a boat or kayak, you can probably hop into the sea or river and have an enjoyable time.

The river was crystal clear water with beautiful sand . one side of the boat ramp has rocks and the other side has a beautiful grassed area to put a blanket and have a picnic. The reserve behind had great bbq facilities and room for the kids to play .

Such a nice spot to kick back and throw out a line! Very relaxing if you need some time out of Wollongong! Only 25mins south of Wollongong great for families or a picnic.

Go to place for paddle boarding in the Illawarra. Family friendly, no stong currents easy to walk over to the other side during low tide

Found by accident. It would be a great swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing or kayaking spot. Some birdlike too.

A great place for family as the water is calm and not too deep. There is facility of shower and toilet. Along with BBQ and playground. There is a boat ramp and if you want to go to the beach to swim, you can with a 10mins walk. There is even a hiking trail.

Perfect for snorkelling, paddling with a baby and finding ocean animal in the crystal clear water.
Make sure you're prepared to walk to the middle to the sand banks. But you won't regret it!

Flat safe water. It has a boat ramp, fishing spots and snorkelling. Low tide you can walk across to main beach and the waves.

A large reserve with the entrance to Minnamurra River. Toilets, kids play area, green space, boatramp. Can get really busy during summer and easter holidays.

A great little hideaway with loads of parking and a good sized playground for the kids. The boat ramp also provides an easy launching spot for water sports.

Bit of a walk, but the views were worth the effort! A local showed me the way from the lower carpark. View looking north.

The path or the track, both are easy and dog friendly apparently using the AllTrails app...so me and my dogs had a fantastic time 🙂👍

This area had good parking and is a short walk down a track opening to lush trees with a bench under the shade. In front of the great sprawling beach with white sand heading to headlands at each end. The ocean fronted with a sand bank covered by crystal light blue water that creates a shallow entry to the water great for kids.
You have the option of a short option of a short drive to the Jervis Bay city area witch is a real treat, There is a walk/bicycle pathway along the beach to Huskisson. There are eateries and a great hotel . There is also a wharf where fishing boats as diving charter boats. A realy nice area.
