Penna's Pharmacy Edensor Park

I’ve been coming to Penna’s for many years and not once has the customer service ever faltered. The ladies at the counter and around the store are welcoming and warm and the pharmacists even take the time to go through any instructions with you so you’re clear. Big shout out to all the staff at Penna’s, you always bring a smile to my face.

I received assistance from the lovely lady Danella, who was quite helpful and provided some excellent recommendations regarding the products and fragrances. All of my gratitude goes to her, I absolutely love my facial care products and the perfumes she recommended. Coming back for sure!!

Many of the workers are well experienced, patient and fast workers, they have great stock and are hard workers, some of them are able to work with customers how don't speak English and talk their language.

Thank you very much to Dana, Carlos & James who on a very very short notice this morning orginised my medication and delivered it to my house in record time (GP appointments take longer )than what this amazing people did for me today!!
This people do care about their customers very much to the point that they provide NEXT LEVEL customer service!!

Customer service staff are very helpful and their product knowledge is excellent. Helped me out of many situations.

The team here are great. They really go out of thier way to help during covid. Ditch the other "big chemist" as they will price match and give you personalised service just like the old days.

Every time I go in I am greeted with quick and friendly service and my script is filled nice and easy. The pharmacists are helpful and easy to talk to and trust.
