Excellent customer service, staff listen and check to make sure the order is correct.
The lovely team at the settlement city gloria jeans had even corrected the poor customer service I had received from the Gloria Jeans at port central after I provided them with a description of the staff member who didn't correct my order and gave poor customer service.
The Gloria jeans at settlement city is my favourite go to cafe for delicious cold drinks.

Good choices. Patient, caring staff. Helpful with what to do regarding co-vid check-in. The sign saying this is a non-essential business is prominently displayed. Lovely coffee.

Want to commend the two young female staff who readily organised ice for me when asked when I told them my son had hit his head on play equipment at centre. Thank you for your kindness. It made a difference.

Nice coffee, they know how to do good cappuccino foam. Carrot cake is yummy. Atmosphere is typical shopping mall. Quick and friendly service.
