NAB Branch

Went here first time today, to buy a bank cheque. Marina was professional and resolved straight through. No time waste, no uhm and ahh moments (unlike other bank branches where sometimes staffs have difficulty with technology or unsure what to do during the process). She also has excellent communication skills and often trying to enlighten up the conversation. Excellent support staffs this branch has. A++

I have a very good experience with the banker name To Lee. I live in Murray Bridge SA. I was having bad experiences at NAB Murray Bridge regarding my home loan processing but To Lee helped me to process my home loan patiently even though her place is far away from me. Thank you so much To Lee. You’re an asset of NAB. God bless🙏🏻

Staff was very helpful and responded to my queries. The staff at the counter, took my details, verified them and the work was done. After this when we raised another request, without any delay he completed it in no time.

This bank is not bad, gets really busy around 12pm to 1: 30pm, there's always a staff member walking around making customers what would they like to do in the bank today and try to help with a faster process for you

Ok, but late intervention...

I Deposit money in ATM machine to sent the money to my family in overseas and the ATM eat my money and I just get cold response from this branch just wait seriously thats frustrating will be my last time I deposit money in any NAB machine seriously very slow response like they don't care

The worst branch that I’ve stepped my foot into. I will never go back. I just wonder why one would think it’s okay to discriminate people. Went to this branch and the staff that was meant to assist us ended being the worst human anyone would want to deal with. The reason one walks into this places is to be assisted and not to be treated so rudely.

I wish I could give 0 star. It’s after hours , the bank is closed so I went to deposit money at the ATM , the machine took the money and something went wrong, I end up with losing my money to the ATM, it was few thousand $$$ . I asked the bank why and all I got was a cold response that not much they can do but I have dispute and wait for investigation then I can get my money back. I asked how long gonna be, the lady said don’t know, not sure how long it gonna be, could be 1-2 weeks or more. The bank take zero responsible , and doesn’t care if I need the money to be deposited and how it effected me when that happened. Please be careful when you deposit money at NAB ATM.

worst, worst, worst experience I ever had in my life in a Bank. Went there to open a bank account. The chinese lady were so disturbed without any reason that she said we do not have any appointment. I asked her what about Monday, and without checking she said Monday we are booked and don't know when we are available and recommend me to go to another branch. HELLO!!! this is not the only bank in Australia. Have no idea how this people got the job to work in a customer service desk and who the people give them the job. Any higher authority want to contact me from NAB, I am more than happy to give the date and time of my visit to see the video footage. NEVER going there again

Managers always walk up to the long que's and ask you to use the atm. Would be alot quicker and helpful to get on a desk and serve the customers that keep you in a job and we would all be happy. Poor performance making human beings redundant may as well close the branch and only have an atm so we can put our money elsewhere.

Very bad service . I was served by the female staff , her name is Tracey . she asked a lot of bad questions , that makes me very uncomfortable . Bad

Slow as a sloth. Why waste so much money on such a slow service. Using teller service.
