No reply or any update with the clients when being asked. This place tried to charge clients as much as they could.
Be careful with the fund claimed from ATO, should have gone straight to clients’ account rather than his then the fee would be deducted.
Should have asked client for the options with their claims.

Absolutely unprofessional- have to constantly chase up for updates via emails, texts and calls that will all go unanswered for weeks. Zero communication and follow ups. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Lack of communication. Did my tax returns all wrong and got writtem ato notice for it. No follow up
