Repeat customer, fantastic food. Highly recommend the veggie stack (demolished it before I took a photo) - so tasty and very filling. Stuffed mushroom with the salad was great. The chicken with white wine was very flavoursome. And dessert - yum! Staff have always been attentive and great with service - thank you Kate and Molly!

Went here 3 nights in a row for dinner. The meals were tasty and fresh. Service was friendly. Prices were comparable to nearby restaurants.

The duck breast was a delight.
Perfect cooking, exquisite sauce.

Ceasar salad was excellent in entry.

Hot breakast served as due to Covid19 restrictions, no buffet.
Delicious, large servings.

We weren’t able to get accommodation at the hotel, however, we popped in to have dinner and it was amazing so we’ve booked in for the whole 5 nights we are staying in Port Macquarie. A big shout out to Nathan & Colin, who looked after us each night. Highly recommend - especially the Oysters Kilpatrick.

Nice menu including a la carte as well as specials for the day, also extensive drinks menu. The salt n pepper king prawns, and the steak we ordered were just superb, with freshest and deliciou salad. Big shout out also to Colin n Kate who were most friendly n efficient making our dining experience so much more enjoyable.

We booked here last minute because it's so busy in Port Macquarie at the moment and everywhere else was fully booked! Thought from reading the reviews that it was going to be average but we had a great experience here. The food was excellent and so was the service. Cocktails were yummy. Staff were really attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend.

I wish I took a photo of the dish. I'm writing this after my PMQ trip but Synergy was a surprising delight. I usually go out and find a place but the rain put me off going out. The higher prices of the menu here initially put be off but let me say, the dishes here are worth every penny! I had a chicken dish (I forget the name) but it was perfect - every element of it was just perfect - sided and all. I'm actually trying to swing another visit to PMQ the next time I go to Sydney just because I want to go here again.

Niche selection of amazing food with an extensive cellar. If you aren't sure which wine to select the delightful Colin will select one for you that will exceed your expectations. We ate here 3 nights in a row. 😊

Last night we had a family dinner for 12 in Waterline Room celebrating an 80th birthday...The service of drinks and food was so good...All comments about food were the same...unbelievably excellent ...the choices for both entrees and mains made such decisions difficult...the winner was Seafood Chowder...superb...The staff led by Colin were so attentive all evening....Many thanks

Great food with flavour that tastes delicious. Seafood and Steak dinners were worth the cost. Dessert was yummy.

The food is great, the service and the speed of the food was great got our main within 30 mins. Will come back again.
