This place is amazing. It is a little hidden gem. I just moved from Sydney & I feel like I’m home again. Amazing food, such interesting cocktails (and specially Mac at Midnight with the accompanying flake of macadamia dark chocolate!!!), and ridiculously great music. I have found my home! BTW I had the harissa chicken & Korean fried chicken. So good! Yum!!!

If I return over and over it is for sure it is consistent. Great food, knowledge of wines and - Dog friendly!!

The staff always picks up on your specific likes and makes sure it is attended too!

My dog got a treat and wants to return every day but as it is, to drink best of wines/ cocktails we might just return twice a week…. Soo recommend!!

We came here to have some cocktails before a show. The expresso martini is the best I've found in Port Macquarie.. well balanced and not bitter at all - loved it!❤ We also tried the lychee rose martini, which was beautiful to look at and tasted excellent as well. Thank you Stick Bar! 🍸🍸🍸

Cocktails and small/share plates of my dreams! I've been going since Stick opened. As they moved from legend Chuck to the new bar manager. It has remained consistently good. The drinks are made to your taste and the food is divine. I'm often googling the ingredients on their menu or going in blind and it hasn't dissapointed: it's offering something new and contemporary in the best way and with old school charm. Don't know what to get? Ask the staff for recommendations based off your taste.

Best night out, highly recommended, great drinks, awesome atmosphere, amazing food.

This place was one of the best places i have ever been for dinner. The food is delicious and so morish i can almost guarantee you will come back for more. The drinks are amazing and so delicious if you don't have someone to drive you home you are missing out. Come here and you wont regret it.

Top marks! Staff, service, music, cocktails and oh my, the food!!!! Absolutely loved it all. The Tofu was a standout - from someone who is not usually a Tofu fan. Highly recommend trying as much as you can. I will be back.

Food is incredible, vibe absolutely fantastic and everyone extremely friendly. No words can describe how positively surprised were we with everything. Hidden gem of Port Macquarie being one of the best places we ate in Australia.
We have tried almost every single item on the menu and there was not a single miss. Simple food but prepared in a unique way and with amazing taste.
We will definitely come back regularly.

Absolutely brilliant, great food, staff are amazing in attention to detail, all questions answered, requests were made seem to be busi ess as usual, even made us non-alcoholic espresso Martini's for the drivers & a cocktail for my wife!! We loved it so much last night, we are goi g back for a birthday tonight. Do yourselves a favour, but be careful of when they say something is hot 🔥 🥵

A cozy and comfortable place to hang out and enjoy yourself. Cocktails were really well made and tasted delicious and high quality. The bar staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great vibe, small menu done well, delicious cocktails. A bit on the expensive side, but what isn't these days! Although they do it through small portions which I appreciate. Staff were delightful.

We showed up rather late at almost 9:30pm. We were met by the owner Sean who treated us to some excellent ceviche with a kick and his son served us some well crafted libations. We had the south side cocktail and the lychee rose martini to start. The south side was a levelled out mojito with a little less sweet but more delicious taste. The lychee rose martini hit the spot with all the flavour and a bit of sweetness. The welcoming ambiance coupled with a playlist that would make anyone reminisce of the good times made the experience complete. If you find yourself in Port Macquarie stop in for a cocktail and a great memory!

Stumbled across this place whilst in Port Mac and I'm so thrilled I did. Service was great (granted it was a Wednesday), did was amazing and great cocktails.
