Fantastic Service! Steve and his staff are all so very helpful and nice, it’s the best customer service I’ve experienced in such a long time, not only in pharmacy but in general. This Pharmacy stands way above the rest including the large stores. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and if they don’t have a product you want they will do their best to get it in for you. As a family, we have used Hume City Pharmacy for a long time. They have always been fantastic. And thankfully, the new management has not disappointed us.
They are always helpful and always greet us with a smile. We always get excellent customer service and everyone these is always ready to answer any questions we have. I can't recommend them enough.

I’m a customer of Hume city pharmacy and the services they provide are many, such as free webster packs and free home delivery and much more . The staff there are very friendly and helpful with what ever you need they give you their undivided attention and know what your wants are and offer helpful advice. Personally my experience with the pharmacist and staff has been always helpful and caring. Highly recommend them as your one and only pharmacy in the northern suburbs

They are very supportive. Excellent customer service. I wasn't able to come to the store to get my medicine. The lady from this pharmacy organised an quick delivery for me. I got my medicine the next day. Highly recommended.

We moved into Coolaroo in January. I’m usually not willing to use pharmacies near medical clinics because of the prices charged and the limited stock. Hume City Pharmacy are different. We’ve now been 4 times, both for prescriptions and additional items. Each time, the pharmacists have been extremely helpful, offering choices between generic and branded medications and being very open to answering questions about the medicines. Excellent range of non medical stock and the prices are consistently good.

I can only give praise and compliments to everyone in this pharmacy. The staff are always helpful and extremely polite, They are more than happy to explain your medications to you and if there are any side effects. Thank you so much to all the staff there. A++ all round.

Great service. I go in every week to pick up medication and staff are always very friendly. If they don't have something stock they are happy to order it in for you.

The pharmacist has always, and is more than helpful.
Whether its product knowledge, or regarding medication, or advice, complicated or simple, he always does more than he can to assist advise, and also his staff there are also very amazing people and it's always a pleasure to get happy welcoming service in an ever growing gap of understaffed, overworked, underpaid conditions we are all coming to have to accept without choice, HUME PHARMACY I WOULD GIVE A 10 out if 10 for everything they offer, especially that smile knowing they remember you personally.

Very welcoming. Fast service. Been going here for years. Bonus as its part of doctors clinic. Highly recommend. If they dont a a certain product they will order it in and will be at chemist the next day. Very convenient.

Martin the main pharmacist at hume city pharmacy is extremerly knowledgeable and confident about all the products in his pharmacy. He will always carve out a little time for each individual to ensure they are satisfied with any product you require gives you the best advice. Do not discount his staff on their own knowlege of any advice you may need as they are equally knowledgeable about the products available. I have been using this pharmacy for 23 years would never go elsewhere because the knowlege and service not to mention the care the staff of Hume City Pharmacy offer can not be compared 5/5 they are top notch :)

Very friendly staff with great service, have delivered medication for us when we couldn't pick it up also price match which is very helpful ,always go to this pharmacy where most staff know you by name
