Karen is amazing and so are all the staff, always looks after our ferrets as well as she can, she really cares and very thorough and does her research as ferrets are not the easiest animals for any vet. I have found it very hard through the whole 12 years of rescue to find vets that are knowledgable about ferrets. Karen ticks the boxes and if she can’t do something she will let you know and find another vet that may be able to help with exotics or contact them for more thorough details. Karen and Vivian are also very knowledgable in bunny’s 🙏

Really took care of my sick little spaniel in the most caring way. They helped me get her to the specialist vet clinic. Even though she didn’t make it - without Melissas effort and late night consultation she didn’t even have a chance. Will be forever grateful.

The care for our pets by Timbertown Vet Hospital has been exceptional. All of the Vets and Vet Nurses have been very caring and supportive of our dog’s needs. They supported us when we lost our precious dog last year and have given great care with our new Cavoodle puppy. We highly recommend these Vets.

We have been taking our dogs to Timbertwon Vets for three years. Alison, Josh, Laura and all the staff are always very caring, compassionate and supportive. We go on a regular basis as our dogs have several health issues.
Recently we had to say goodbye to one of our little men and all the staff were amazing. We would highly recommended Timbertown Vets as they are there for the health and well being of your family pets not for the money.

Our beloved 12yr old Staffie had very agressive and advanced lymphoma and we had to make the painful decision of putting her down. The staff were very professional and sensitive and even sent us a sympathy card showing a understanding of the family's grief.
