Always enjoy seeing the team, Lisa, Sandra, Josh, Craig, Greg, Nick and Linda are always helpful, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Apart from the competitive prices, a smile and good service is most important to me and my visits are always pleasurable, highly recommend Wauchope Rural Centre.

Great advice from Sandra, having someone so experienced as your interface to great products - invaluable. Particularly when she mentions that she is so sceptical of the reps sales pitch on their products, should give you great comfort for when she does go out on a limb to highly recommend a solution to your equine needs. Let's face it we all want great value, horse gear isn't cheap, so getting it right 1st go... Is great value in my books. Thx Sandra... Beth and I will be back 😁👍

Have not used these guys for years as we have no animals. Called them, paid over the phone and had it all delivered same day (as they were going that way). Still the same great service.

Fantastic store with everything involved with rural animals.. the staff were lovely and very knowledgeable on the feeds needed for different baby birds…. One of the best pet stores I’ve ever been to!
