Elanora Hotel East Gosford

A classic pub, with great food and great atmosphere! We really enjoy going to the Elly for a meal and to watch some live sport in their sports bar. The Elly is always popular, so I would recommend booking if you’re planning a visit!

Took my Mother for lunch today. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday, but the staff were friendly and efficient in finding us a spare table. The Seniors Menu is very extensive! Mum had the seniors schnitzel but loaded it into a parmigiana. You get to choose 2 sides too. Generous portion and very much enjoyed! I had the fish taco’s! Classic & Tasty! The 3 is a perfect size for a lunch meal. The wine list is really good too. Staff said there will be a new one coming soon so will head back to have a look at that in a few weeks. 5/5 for us today!

So affordable for good serving sizes and the most delicious food I’ve had in a while. We go here often and I’ve got to say this is incredible. Lovely service also.

We went there for mothers day dinner. It was a busy night as expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was out quick despite how busy it was. Boy was the food delicious and filling. So many good choices. We will be coming back again

We drove 1.5 hours for lunch there and it was absolutely worth it! The food was amazing and we couldn't wait until the next visit.

Recent renovations at the Elanora Hotel have updated the decore. The staff greeted regulars and created a friendly atmosphere for all patrons. Food did not disappoint in taste and portion size. On a Sunday and Wednesday night it was clearly necessary to make an online booking for a table to ensure seating. We arrived early for a 5.30pm booking and could only see two tables inside that were not booked. Menu was extensive catering to all tastes.

Went to The Elanora for lunch on Sunday. We’d heard they’d just started a new menu & as regulars we were excited to sample some of their new offerings!
We started with the Arancini Balls. They were Sweet Corn & Cheese with a chipotle dipping sauce! Sooo yummy! The sauce has a nice tang to it!! My Husband then had The Fat Tony & said it was a classic cheeseburger but next level! Said it was the best burger he’d ever had! I had the Mexican Bowl - The Cabo San Lucas I think it was called. Delicious! And filling… couldn’t finish it all but took it home to have for dinner later! There were lots of big functions and parties with children and the ambiance was really family friendly! Can be a little noisy but that’s only because it’s so busy and everyone is having a great time! Highly recommend this venue!

Friendly staff, delicious food, big portions at a reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed the salmon meal. My son loved his chicken tenders and chips. His buddies enjoyed the margherita and garlic pizzas 🤩👌👋

Lovely clean place,well set out .Even the menus are clean and on every table.Food is very good nothing on our plates went uneaten.On a summer's day if a North Easter is blowing lovely breeze flows through the restaurant.Got to go back to try a cocktail 🍹

Super impressed with this place! The menu is huge so there's plenty of options, the meal sizes are really decent for what you pay and I love that they give you a container to take home leftovers. We came for a birthday and the service was wonderful, didn't wait long for the meals. Atmosphere was nice, there's seating inside and out, and it's wheelchair friendly. Highly recommend!

The Elanora Hotel has long been one of my favourite dining venues. The food is fresh, well presented and the staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is a combination of old country town homely and industrial and classic. Not ideal for children's parties, but a lovely venue regardless.

We had a great time at the Elanora Hotel. Wonderful customer service from food & bar staff. Extensive menu for food & drinks. The Margarita pizza & Fillet Mignon were delicious as was the Iced Vo Vo Margaritas & Preservative free Tamburlaine Premium Cuvee Sparkling wine. Highly recommend!

Went here with my 3 best friends and tossed up between The Fat Tony and Fat Daddy Meat Platter but decided on the fat tony which was delicious. I ate it in record time and washed it down with a couple of cold beers. Would highly recommend.

They won an award for their steaks.

It was worthy of another award!
Truly amazing food, we all were impressed with our meals.

Samantha went above and beyond to assist my family at a birthday lunch for me. My son is autistic and nothing was too much effort to make him comfortable. Changing our table and providing us with a charging cable. Incredible service all round.

First time to the Elly so I can't appreciate the works they're doing to give it a revamp but what they've completed so far is fabulous. Once the Covid restrictions are lifted I'll look forward to calling it my local watering hole. Staff were fantastic and after arriving at peak we were promptly given a table and menus. Food came out hot and fresh, beers were cold and served quick too. Pricing on point for the generous servings.

Pokies are spotless, staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is fantastic I had the steak sandwich for lunch and really enjoyed it ❤❤❤

BEST pub meal I have had out in ages. The pork belly bites 🤤 the brisket tacos 🤤 hubby had the rib eye 🤤 im just sad I got so full and couldn’t finish my meal and hubby had to 😂

Consistently great service & food.
Big menu with lots of gluten free options as well if needed.

Neighbours getting together at the Ellie. Great food all round!
