3rd time ordering from this venue, the Palak Paneer, Tika Masala Mushroom & Dal Makhni were absolutely delicious.

The Tandoori Tika Mushroom were super flavoursome and made with button mushrooms, they not watery inside and the curry dishes were so rich and tasty.

We have ordered the Naan and Veg biryani previously, the naan was not those thick kind we used to and was more like a roti type.
The veg biryani was not for us as the ingredients did not seem as if it was cooked together but more like mixed together at the last minute and it tasted like lemon was added to the mix with an addition of a fragrant spice (the many cardamom seeds may have contributed to this)

I went here today on my lunch break.Great tasting Authentic Indian food. Buffet is open from 11 to 3. It’s a win for 16 dollar. Can eat as much as you want. Don’t miss out!

Chandigarh chicken is worth trying and Naan was all hand made fresh and soft which dissolves in your mouth.

Worth trying food and must recommended to all the people of the west.

The delicious food is up to the quality and service is what any one should be looking in any particular place for dinner.

The food is on the table with in 15 minutes of order in spite of 7 person celebrating a friend birthday.

Would love to visit again.

... and the cooking are the range in this bit of India in St Albans... the secret to Indian cuisine is in its preparation, the quality of the produce, the subtlety f its spicing and the slowness of its cooking. All of these are evident in good measure at Chandigarh chulla. Moreover we got great customer service experience and owner is also very sweet and pleasant.

Ordered chandigar chicken and lamb dopiaza yesterday. Wow so good. Well balanced flavours. If you looking for a authentic Indian restaurant I would Highly recommend this restaurant. Top quality. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been a customer of Chandigarh for the past 2 years. I am writing this because I can't stand to watch a restaurant that I love, not doing so well in the quality of food it serves recently. In the beginning, I used to order Naan, Korma(Chicken/Beef) and Chicken Biryani. It was so amazing back then. I particularly love how you put boneless chicken in the biryani. Thanks for that. Also, 1 year back the google rating was 4.8. However, from the last 6 months onwards, I have noticed a decline in food quality. For instance, the korma before was creamy and tasty. But now the korma is filled a layer of oil and it is tasteless. So, I stopped ordering the korma now and only order biryani(since it is still the same as before). If I didn't know any better, I think the chef has changed. Or maybe there is some issue in finding staff due to covid. Daily I see the google rating going down and now it is at 4.1. Out of deference for the tasty food that you served me before covid, I am leaving a 5 star rating and I hope this review serves as feedback to help you rectify this situation asap.
