I would like to request a commendation be given to AmcalTerminal 2 Melbourne Airport Pharmacist Sylvia who was on duty on 31/8/2023. I left my Driver's license at the Chemist. GOOD TO KNOW THAT THIS PHARMACY EXISTS AT AIRPORT
You know what its like... rush to the airport and realise you've left your eye drops, panadol or sunscreen lotion at home!
Luckily you can stock up here before your flight.

Bloody rude customer service and I believe the guy name is Bilal. He was the rudest one I have ever ever met. Waited 20 mins just to ask a question. He was way too proud to talk to us. Kindly avoid if possible.

Paid $61.95 for 30 hard capsules of probiotics when the tag on the shelf was $51.95. Just checked online, the same product is sold at Therry White Chemmart for $25.99. Shameful.

Wasn’t open due to “flight cancellations” not sure if that even makes sense considering how busy the airport is and how few flights were cancelled. Seems like an excuse.

Not open, despite well within listed hours on google. Need meds for child flying with ear infection. Would have stopped enroute if we had known you were closed.
