Such a good doctor

I moved to Melbourne from Perth and I’m 31 weeks pregnant today I went to Somerton medical centre and wanted to be a new patient for Dr. Gursel Alpay or Dr.Ferdi Akbas but the girl sitting at the didn’t even look at our face and just said they don’t accept new patients. I’m pregnant and I need to see a doctor they didn’t even try to help us.

The receptionist messed up my appointment and instead of lady doctor booked me with male and didn't even bother to call and advise in advance!
On top of it, when I saw who the doctor was I said very respectfully: "I think there is a mistake. I had an appointment with a different doctor", he looked over me like I was dirt at his feet and without saying anything called out: "Next!"
What? No simple apology, or please re-book at the reception... Shame on you!

Worst Receptionists Ever, very rude and making a scene, doctors are very nice but dame shame about that receptionist, brown short hair and wearing glasses, very load

Had to pay 50 dollars just to see a doctor thats so ridiculous
