Lot of good options available in different range for new and used furniture. Staff members are very nice and helpful.

Good company to deal with. I've bought a couple of used office chairs from them at different times. They have a good selection of things, both new and used, and the service is pleasant and helpful but never intrusive. They always give me time and space to potter and try the various chairs at my leisure.
Just don't understand the comments about awful service - has never been the experience I've had on my visits.

I recently visited Active Office Furniture to find a new desk for my office and in comparison to other office furniture shops that i visited, the service was extremely thorough and pleasant, the employee was open to discussion and debate about what would suit me best and instead of forcing a more expensive desk on me, they openly gathered relevant information as to the use of the desk and made suggestions that would ergonomically benefit me. I was extremely satisfied at both the recommendation and the experience itself, even after changing my mind regarding the size of the desk, the employee was patient and helpful all the way through. Great place - friendly and helpful staff - offer both second hand and new manufactured furniture - have bought many pieces from them over the years - will deliver within a certain zone, will carry up stairs etc For quirky pieces a visit is best or check out website or give them a call. Prices are reasonable for second hand items. New prices are similar to what you would pay at most outlets.

We bought some new tables and used chairs for our office, and found all to be good quality/value. Some pieces that came in unexpectedly quick were made ready for us as soon as they could, and they even vacuumed up the second hand chairs before we collected them. Happy with the products and service and would definitely shop here again.

The staff are excellent and they have good quality products. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They made helpful recommendations and I was able to find a used desk that fits perfectly into my home office. They delivered on a day that suited me and set it up with no issues. Great service from the time I walked into the Active Office premises right through to delivery. The desks were even assembled for us on site. The selection available is terrific. Friendly and helpful staff. Ready to accommodate your needs and budget. I ve been dealing with them to purchase my office furniture for the last 16yrs. Nothing but praise for them. I haven't had a need to go elsewhere. I know what I need, they help me and the deal is done in no time at all. They deliver too, but I find it easier to just do my own pick ups.
