A huge thank you to Edward and the team at Biggin & Scott Richmond for how they handled the finalisation of the tenancy, presentation, marketing, and sale of our property. It was a difficult decision for us to sell our Abbotsford property when we were stuck in Queensland. After owning the house for many years, we always thought we’d return to Melbourne and spend some time enjoying the house and the area and then doing it up prior to sale. Covid stopped that of course. However, Biggin & Scott made the process so easy.

Once we made the decision to sell without us being there, things just slid into place. The suggestions for the presentation of the property were spot on and arranged at warp speed at a time when it’s hard to get tradies. We appreciated, too, that there was no hard sell on presentation and that we were consulted at every step of the process, from the wording on the ad to the actual presentation of the property. Then when the property was marketed, we appreciated the insights and feedback on how it was going after every OFI. Advice given was clearly explained and made sense. There was no pressure to take it--but we chose to, and were very glad we did.

And the result was fantastic! We were delighted with how the auction went and of course the result.

Edward is the consummate agent/auctioneer. He and his team are efficient, apparently unflappable (our conveyancer lost the plot) and very friendly and supportive. Cant recommend him highly enough.
