Catherine, the receptionist is highly trained in customer service, she makes customer feel at ease. Peter, the Dentist is gentle and caring for his patient and He explains the progress so that the patient is aware and prepared, this indicates he is highly professional. Strongly recommended.

I went to see Dr Peter Le for a wisdom tooth extraction, fissure seal and teeth clean. He was very thorough and clear in his explanations prior to the procedure and ensured I felt comfortable before proceeding. It was a quick procedure professionally executed with precision. I did not feel any pain and felt at ease under Dr Peter's care.
I would highly recommend seeing him. He genuinely cares about his patients and will be well looked after!

Dr Trang Pham is a fantastic dentist who knows how to treat her patient with care in whatever procedure she is performing. I saw Dr. Peter Le for check up and teeth cleaning on 19 March 2024 and he did a great job. The issue I have is that I was charged for an item that was not covered by Medibank and I was not informed about this by the dentist prior to them proceeding. It is unprofessional to not ask for permission prior to proceeding with a service that is not covered by insurance. I only found out that I was charged for the item when my annual insurance limit decreased after the claim was processed. I specified that I wanted only the service covered by insurance prior to undergoing the procedure.

I had felt pain after getting my fillings done. I called the lady receptionist after the fillings and told her and she said there was a one and half month wait to see the same dentist again. I was shocked because I had to wait so long to see him to check the fillings I just had done.
