Ben listened, advised and was amazing with his cut and hairstyle.
He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to sell me any products, and I wasn’t rushed.
He took his time till my haircut was perfected.

Best cut I have ever had and I’ve had my hair done all over the world! Technically, flawless, complimented the shape of my face beautifully and was EXACTLY how I envisaged it! Colour was also…. yes, you guessed it, fabulous! Genius!!!

I’ve been visiting Salon XVI now for the last six months and Shantael never disappoints. Having tried many salons beforehand I never really left feeling 100% happy until now. My colour is always fresh and bright and as a blonde, I don’t have a whole lot of brass shining through after only weeks of having my hair done, which is thanks to Shantael. Colour is great, vibe of the salon is great and the banter is always in full swing. Would highly recommend!

I’ve always had long hair then decided to go short. Most hairdressers freak out with my hair because it’s long thick and curly, and they struggle to style it.
