Best barbers in Richmond, a bunch of very down to earth lads that love what they do. I’ve going to Bailey for a while now, first haircut I got he nailed it. As he took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure it was perfect. The lads really take their craft seriously and deliver every time now. Highly recommend booking however.

Been going to see Bailey for several years now and have never been disappointed. He runs a high quality business with customer service the main selling point. Bailey and Ronan are always extremely friendly and generous with their time, let alone providing a great haircut. Cuts are always superb and I won't be changing any time soon.

Ronan’s does a perfect job every time I come in; he’s been cutting my hair for 4 years!! I travel 35 minutes to his new location here because he is very talented and I trust him with my hair.

Bailey has been doing my partner’s hair for several years now and always has him looking fresh. Having met Bailey and visited his shop, I have found him to be very dedicated to his art and that he works hard to be available to his clients. The shop is a vibe too!

I've had both Bailey and Ronan cut my hair and they're the only people I go to now. Apart from that, it's a nice shop and they have a very easy to use booking system, and they're great lads to have a yarn with. Would recommend.

Had my last four haircuts by Ronan and I'm now hooked as a regular. His cuts are so clean & smart that the lads at work always comment and some are going there either to Bailey or Ronan, two masters of their craft.

I was on the hunt for a barber after mine left the industry. After a few failed efforts from other ships, I am very happy I found my new fave, Ivan.

Went in today for a hair cut and beard trim with Bailey, I have long hair and a longish beard. Couldn't of been happier with the cut and overall experience, Bailey listened to what I wanted and delivered with an awesome cut! Will definitely be a regular customer from now on. Visited Phoenix & Co this afternoon for a Fade and couldn’t be happier. Spent a fair amount of time looking for barbers in the area and despite Phoenix being booked out on their web page, I thought I’d try my luck over the phone if they could squeeze me in.
Luckily, I got on to them and Bailey, the owner of the business, made an extra special effort to slot me in for a quick trim. Despite the time limitations, he did not miss a beat and spent every second of this experience making sure I was happy.
Would recommend Phoenix to anyone looking for a Fade, great chat and exceptional service.
