Short 500m walk each way. Saw a couple goats on the way back. Good lookout and information boards.

The 500 metre walk is well worth the visit. Two benches along the way for those wanting a rest or to savour the view for a wee bit longer. Some tables in the car park area for that lunch/tea/coffee/ or something stronger but no toilets anywhere.

This spot provides a short 500m walk along a path that's wheelchair friendly from the car park. The views are pretty awesome from here.

Many reasons to like this lookout: Easy to locate, quick 500m loop accessible to all fitness levels plus prams and wheelchairs. The walkway has a bit of loose gravel so best to be a little cautious. Love the Panaromic view at the lookout where you get to see all the majestic natural structures (calling it that because there a few different ones). So in case you can't make it on the other treks or walks, you kind of don't get the feeling of missing out !

The view from this lookout is absolutely magnificent regardless of the time of day and is well worth the 500 metre stead walk from the carpark.

A great complete view of the Warrumbungles national park. The 500m walk is gravel paved which makes it one of the most easily accessible views in the park.

Watch out for kangaroos if driving in the area at dusk. Saw heaps on our drive which made our return trip of 50km back to Coonabarabran pretty hard and stressful trying to avoid the buggers.

Just one of the lovely walks in the Warrumbungles mountain range. This one is easy and about 500 metres each way. There are outstanding views of the ranges and the breadknife

Was a lovely view, and it’s amazing being able to stand where a old volcano was 53 billion years ago. (Might not be that long ago but it’s close to it I’m sure.)

A great easy walk for all ages with bench seats along the way if you would like to rest. The lookout is a fantastic view of the National Park.
