Nice place to find halal food, alsa near this store there is salam butcher that also sell halal food, love their chicken, should come back later!

This place gets busy and for good reason - once you try the food, you’ll understand!
The mixed grill plate is sensational and when it’s served, you’ll think that you won’t be able to get through all of it but I bet you will! How do they make rice that good?!!

One of the best meals I’ve eaten. Authentic food, full of flavour. I loved everything about this place. Reasonable pricing, great value for money. Fast & friendly service. Try the eggplant dish it’s delicious!

Pricing is reasonable and not like other kebab stores that steal your money!
Portion is definitely decent and taste is good! I would post photos but I always eat it way too fast before I get a chance.

Went here to order some takeaway meals. An Afghani acquaintance had recommended this place and it was on my way home. The young lady (Tahira) and Ali at the front counter were very cheerful and happy. Their immediate reaction was very friendly and welcoming. This makes such a difference when visiting any restaurant/cafe for the first time. The restaurant was not very full at the time but they didn't rush me to place my order. I ordered the chicken biryani, manto dumplings and the bolani. These are the three items that I order whenever I visit any Afghani restaurant for the first time. If they can't get this right then... There were quite a few customers who came in to pick up their takeaway orders while I was waiting for my order to be prepared. The restaurant is spacious and has larger tables for families and large groups. There is a selection of desserts available as well. The car park area is quite adequate and the restaurant is just off the main road. When I got home and unpacked the food, I was surprised at how well the manto dumplings were packed. That level of packing is something that I haven't EVEN seen in Japan! It was 'zabardast'👍👏 The biryani was good but the manto dumplings and the bolani were far tastier than in some of the other Afghani restaurants. And the portions were large and the prices extremely reasonable.

All in all, definitely a place to recommend if you are in the mood for some good Afghani food. Next time I'll have to try the Kabuli biryani...

One of the best Kababs I had it @Salam kebabs... I am from Melbourne we are use to but to my surprise I was not expecting such food in Adelaide... Fantastic and delicious freshly made... Super food... 5 STAR 🌟

ik a dude that works here who is extremely unhygienic in person, like this guy would rub his poop in his pants all over his hands - joke - and greet all the boys like that. I am disgusted with this behaviour and filthiness.

Visited for dinner. Staff is welcoming and sitting arrangements is good and outside lights makes the place more beautiful.Taste of food is excellent and it's healthy.🎉

Lovely, quiet and clean is what I notice as I wait for my take away meal. The food is authentic and at very good prices.
The staff are all friendly and helpful. I really enjoy visiting for either a dine-in meal or a take-away.
I hope you can read what's on my photo so you can see what's on their menu. It's a pretty cheap dinner. Where else can you get a healthy meal for under $10? It's certainly better than other nearby fast food joints, hands down!
Not only are some excellent meat and/or vegetarian choices but there are some beautiful sweets.

My Daughter recommend this homely little restaurant. So today my wife and I popped in and were greeted with a warm smile and ordered bolani that came with 2 lovely dips. We were taken aback to be offered a complimtary green or black pot of tea. The tea was super taiste and we enjoyed multiple cups to the soft music. Soon we had eaten the bolani, which was a warm fresh made flat bread with herbs inside. We then enjoyed the lamb kebab wrap with salad. the whole experience was very pleasant and I recommend if you seek a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, with good food and service I recommend the Salam Charcoal Kebab House. Fast, friendly and engaged staff. 5 Stars.

The food is so flavourful and vibrant. Fast and friendly service and generous service. You get a lot for your money.

It is right next door to Hungry Jack's - don't go to HJ's, do yourself a favour and come here instead.

I love the chicken kebab wrap! The food is great and tastes amazing! The staff here are lovely. You have got to try the food here!

5*+ rating for food no doubt. Specially their chicken is the best in the town. Only issue need to upgrade is their besin, hand wash facility. Going to toilet to use the besin is a bit.... Apart from that, they serve the most delicious food. Staff behaviour is 5* too.
