My partner and I attended today for our first dose of pfizer. We were pleasantly pleased with the quick service and wait time afterwards. The staff are lovely and very caring and willing to answer all questions you may have. Glad we got into this clinic! The nurses there are obviously trained well as both of us didn't feel the needle go in. :)

My family and I are visiting from Melbourne. My 3 year old is unwell, I haven't been to the clinic but I will say the gentleman over thr phone has been very helpful in helping organise an appointment for GP to see my 3 year old. He made everything so easy for me and to receive a call back right away to organise this appointment is so wonderful. Thank you again for all your help in assisting me this morning. I greatly appreciate your patience.

I had to get my brother tested. He has a number of Intellectual Disabilities and would have physically fought against the normal testing let alone waiting in the queues. He also lives in a large facility so it was essential we made sure he was covid free so he could return to his home, and so we also knew the other 100 people plus staff across the campus, werent spreading the virus at the facility to some of the most vulnerable in our society.
The way he was treated and cared for meant that he allowed the test to happen. It was not as invasive as the normal tests and this allowed for a successful test to occur. The onsite Doctor was so gentle and reassuring to both my brother and I, and listened to his lungs and heart as he has vulnerabilities there as well.
Many people with intellectual disabilities wouldnt cope at all with the normal larger swabs and the time the swab must be there, let alone the depth the swab must be inserted, and it would be incredibly invasive and distressing for most of these people. Many too may not voice they have symptoms, or be even able to.
I couldnt recommend this clinic highly enough, with wonderful caring and professionsl staff who immediately were responsive and supportive when I explained the situation.
Thanks so very very much to all of you there.

Super friendly and helpful staff.

They were running a little late, but nothing a little patience and a book can’t handle :)

Very helpful and attentive medical staff, both the sister and the doctor. Have now been twice, and the same quality of attention and professionalism

Excellent service, very helpful and all staff are very friendly and was a very straight forward process for my family to have their COVID swabs and tests.

Just did a COVID swab here. It’s very good, easy to book appointments and the nurses were friendly. They also provided a medical certificate. The swab was fast and then you’re done. They seem to sanitise everything with bleach which is good but the chair I sat on was of an absorbent material that soaked up the bleach and ruined my dark pants.

If you can, go to another clinic. Took my toddler here to get checked, he was energetic (suddenly feeling better) and the nurse and doctor were fairly cold towards us. I hope the other staff there have better social skills when it comes to dealing with children - that takes some patience and understanding, qualities you would expect from most people in their profession.
