I struggled a lot to replace the low beam light of my vehicle and later on I got to know of W.P Smith.. They were friendly and replaced the light without letting me stay at least 5 minutes..and also they cleaned both lights as well, as the lights were faded..

We had a major auto electrical issue on a Saturday and this caused our car lights to not work. Given the urgency I went and saw Phil (on recommendation from friends) he was excellent.
He took the time to carefully fault check the system, explain what the problem (once located) was and associated costs he got us on the road again both quickly safely.
Very polite, knowledgeable, professional and honest business. Prices were more than reasonable for the time and work undertaken. We were very pleased, would definitely use again and highly recommend. Many thanks.

Old school, honest opinions, quality work all the time. Have been using this service for years. They are the best.

Time to get my trailer looked at and get the lights to work again. New plug and number plate light, looks like a Christmas tree now and now legal again.
I again want to recommend getting your lights checked for these dark nights before you get a fine not sure on demerit points but is possible to get defect stickers for lights out.

Honestly i had a very bad day and my electrition back to his country because his father passed away . I was stuck with my aircondition problem . I know if i go to a few guy which i know i might not get a problem solve but they dont care and they still gonna charge .

I just seen this location and passed all the time . I just tried and guy very welcoming and he spend a time to find a figure out issue and explained well whats are is working and seems what not working . My problem was aircondition issue . I didnt expect him to fix because its a aircondition guys jobs . But i wanted make sure i dont have a electrical issue because my compressor didnt l clutch because i thought might a relay or wiring issue .

But he help a lot . And once job finished And i asked him how much i should pay and he said its okay not need to pay . And i asked again . But he didnt charge.

I worked with many people in car business . Very very hard and rare find someone these days like him . Unfortunetly many people just see a money and not customer satisfaction.
This kind of behaviour gonna take a customer going back there for sure . Hope other businesses understand ! We know living situation gets hard for everyone but still people can help each other .

Have used these guys for years. Old fashioned quality service and they do an excellent job,. Have replaced alternators and took their advice to pay an extra $100.00 and get something like a Bosch alternator which if there ever is a problem they can repair it in their workshop not like the original factory alternator that is usually a throw away. Prices are more than reasonable in comparison with others as well.
