I ordered custom cards with Mitch. Communication was good, I was emailed all the information I needed, pricing, quantity ect. I was able to get a mockup of my design within a few emails. He doubled checked my order before going to payment.
I suppose the fact I didn’t get any kind of shipping estimate made it hard to plan for my business launching. I emailed Mitch about a week later when I realised I wasn’t actually told when delivery would be. He got back to me right away with the delivery dates and they came within the week.

Quality of product is really good. Very professional looking and well made. Good card quality and colour matching. Overall great product and I’m excited to start selling my playing cards!
