Incredibly stunning location. The hosts were accommodating and warm. The venue is very scenic surrounded by well polished accomodation including a beautiful pool and a large area of lush green grass. The Barn is spectacular & the entire sands venue in general really was outstanding especially with our large group. Highly recommend. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop and the ocean.

Most amazing property, the grounds are so beautiful. Sands feels like a home away from home, the pool is great for the kids and the coffee shop is walking distance. Loved it!! We will be coming back.

What an amazing place , the home and cottage are gorgeous with everything you could possibly want . The beautiful grounds are surrounded by preserved coastal vegetation and have direct access to the lovely beach .
Perfect , would return in a heartbeat ❤

Absolutely beautiful! Very relaxing and just a gorgeous place to go on a vacation. The beach is just a quick walk. I would highly recommend you take a trip here!

We visited the Sands for an event and thought it was beautiful! What a great venue, we had accommodation nearby and its only a short drive to Byron Bay.

Tidy, well styled and spacious grounds. Amenities for our large group were spot on. Kind and accomodating hosts. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful lawns. Cute cottage. Kid and dog friendly beach was short walking distance. Vendors friendly and willing to help.

All the 1 stars are just people upset about instant hotel. Come up with an original reason to dislike it other than pretending to have actually stayed there.
