Her knowledge of the area and housing market, honesty, dynamic personality and her positive drive made the cocktail to sell. In only 6 weeks she had sold our home. Prior to moving to the Tweed we have bought and sold numerous homes due to work transfers, so had experience with dealing with real estate agents. We have sold 2 properties through Michele. If we weren't happy with her first time we wouldn't have gone back.
We have found her to be honest with her information and very helpful with her advice and very professional, the best agent we have dealt with. In response to David Perry's comment, there is nothing that bugs me more than property advertisements that refer to a 2nd building as "prospective income" etc etc. Having experience in the area I am aware of building entitlements. Michele was giving sound advice, rather than waiting for you to find out from your solicitor . There is no guarantee that when you buy a vacant property that it has a building entitlement.
Constructing a dwelling (to be lived in), without a building entitlement and council approval can create issues with your insurance. Insurance companies are happy to take your premium payments but you run the risk that they may not cover your claim when it doesn't have council approval. Hence, when buying a property the council searches should show whether the dwelling is approved, if not it is buyer beware, and a solicitor worth their money should be advising accordingly. Building codes are there to protect the persons who are living in the dwelling, to ensure that they are safe to live in.

I recently contacted Byron & Beyond to arrange a private viewing for a property. This led to an email exchange with Michele. During this exchange I found Michele to be quite rude, unhelpful and either unable or unwilling to answer basic questions about the property. The information provided was contradictory and the conversation ended when she just didn't bother replying. I was actually fairly interested in the property initially but I would not even consider contacting Byron and Beyond in the future. Awful service.
