Great customer service experience! I took my badminton racket for restringing, and they fixed it within two days. The staff is friendly and relaxed, whether communicating over the phone or in person. Much better than the service at Rebel.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting sports power Albury, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They took the time to listen to what I needed and provided expert advice on the goods I requested.What impressed me the most was the customer service was honesty exhibited throughout the process even though they were closing. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for their sporting goods . From shoes to equipment Their exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and loyalty.

These guys have a fabulous new store on deans street. Parking is pretty easy to get. The store is full and they have a great range of all things sport. If you need your tennis racquet restrung come here. The customer service is spot on - helpful but not in your face. Come support a local business that I am sure had had its fair share of challenges through all the shutdowns.

Never had a bad experience at this store. The staff go out of their way to make sure to help as much as they can with products and sizes. Always a friendly and cheerful shop to be in.

Went in today to buy runners for my daughter to start school, such an awesome range and the young man helping us was a champion. Will definitely be back.

Legends working there, they are always happy to help. Definitely would recommend. Not to mention they are the only people in town who had water polo balls, so if your in need of anything water polo they have you covered

Have a good range of stock, great service even when they were busy.

When the sales assistant talks you out of buying shoes for your son because he still fits in his current runners. Explains to your son in another month or two there will be new styles to choose from and he can go up a size, cements SportsPower Albury have your best interests at heart! And this is the main reason we choose SportsPower Albury, best in the business!

Customer service is what sets it apart. Workers in other sport stores in Albury are so pushy and in your face. However Sportspower is totally different they are still friendly but let you go if your just browsing or want to look yourself first. When called upon though they are extremely helpful. The other thing I love is it has a local feel to it, like they sort of know who you are the sponsorship connection with local sporting clubs adds to that.

I needed a new tennis racquet as the one I was using wasn't good for my elbow, the guys here recommended a yonnex about 5 months ago and within about 1 month I've had no elbow problems, great racquet, great service
