I had a security camera's installed by Kirk's Cables & Security in 2023. Not long after the installation, I was having issues with the NVR connecting to the internet via WIFI. I tried contacting Kirk's Cables & Security by email. No response. I have left numerous messages on the mobile number for Kirk's Cable & Security. 2023 and recently February 2024. No return call. No after sales maintenance or follow-up contact. I had to get another camera security business to connect my NVR directly to the internet by cable rectifying the issues caused by a WIFI connection. It is my opinion that Kirk's Cables & Security now trading as Tasman Technologies? have poor after-market customer service.
