Tararray Pet Retreat

I found Tararray Pet Retreat so far the best fit for my Xander boy a 55kg Italian mastiff.
Extremely kind & polite man in the reception who accommodated Xander immediately as we urgently needed to go away for a week . When we came back Xander was very calm , well feed and hydrated, I have been told they like dogs to run around and exercise . The best things is they have good options for pet accomodation from backpackers to deluxe , very reasonable price. Clean and great vibe around the retreat that you won’t feel guilty to leave your pet in Tararray retreat’ s good hands. Super happy , highly recommended 👍🏾🐕‍🦺🐾

I would definitely recommend these kennels, my dog loves going there, great staff and facilities, I also know my dog is in good hands.

Our usually anxious GSP was calm and content whilst she was here. We couldn't believe it! So happy with the facilities and the staff's kind and caring approach to our littlest family members

This is the second time we have had our little man stay here. He comes home bathed and it no trouble to staff to give him daily medication. Staff are friendly and it makes leaving your pet with them easy.

I have placed my 12 yr old 2.8kg chihuahua two years in a row now for the Christmas/NY break. Bec and her team run a tight ship and are highly professional - they took the best care of my little Archie. He had lost a bit of weight and was a bit stinky but considering he’s with other dogs all day every day playing and being a dog, I wasn’t too concerned. It was probably good for his soul to be a dog for a while and not such a pampered pooch! Their phones were down for a period of time which explained why I couldn’t get through- we holiday nearby and I’d just turn up and Bec would have Archie ready for me to take out for the day every 2-3 days so he could still be part of our family holiday. Archie is a handbag dog so I had big worries of leaving him he also has epilepsy which requires daily medication and he always comes home SAFE and happy and that’s all I care about. those guys don’t have time to scratch themselves! all I can say is keep up the good care (and the good prices!!)

Great place to leave your pet. Staff very friendly and take great care of your animals. My dog loves it there and has a great time. He cannot wait to get in to doggy day care. I would not hesitate to recommend . I also would be quite happy to leave him there when we go away on holiday. If you want your pet to have 1st class stay then leave them here .Thank you to all the staff for a great service.

I recently booked a stay for my very nervous male cat Jasper at Tararray Pet Retreat. Having recently relocated from Brisbane, it is always a bit worrying leaving your four legged family member at a totally new place for the first time without knowing anything about the facility and its management other than reading reviews. I dealt with Bec who was absolutely wonderful - nothing was a problem in terms of what I could bring for Jasper and arranging drop off and pick up times. Bec noticed that Jasper was very cautious during his stay and she did everything she could to make him feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible. The cat accomodation is really great, roomy and clean and the price is very reasonable. I am really happy with the service offered by Bec and Scott at Tarraray and highly recommended it for your feline friends.

Took our dog yesterday to the doggy day care .
I cannot say how happy I was .
Walking into such a clean open waiting area .
The lady was so nice when she greeted us ,even gave Rose a pat .
Took us to beautiful area for Rose to settle in before going into the group of other dogs .
So well managed and my girl had the best time .
It gave her a break from being on the leash or tied up at the caravan park . Loved it ,thank you.

Such a great place for your furbaby. We had to book a 1 night stay for one of our furbabies as we came down from Brisbane with 3 of our furbabies and didn't realise that the pet friendly place we booked only allowed a max 2. We Googled boarding places and found Tararray Pet Retreat the closest at 40mins away from where we were staying for the night. It was so convenient and they were able to take our boy pretty much immediately and we didn't really give them much notice as they were closing in about 2hrs from when we called. The staff member was so nice and very understanding especially because my sister was a bit worried as our boy had never been in a boarding place before and he is very noisy when he sees other dogs but the staff member kept assuring my sister that he would be fine and he was. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

I dropped my 2 horses in yesterday, staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and cater for my needs. Scott even walked one of my horses to his paddock. I turned up after hours but it was not a problem. Everything looks very clan and comfortable for the animals, they all are very happy and content.

we had the pleasure of leaving our dog with Bec and Scott for six days recently she is a bit wary of strangers but soon settled in,we left her overnight but picked her up in the morning for day trips, she was always happy to go back,jumped straight out of the car when we arrived. highly reccomended.

My dog loves this place, therefore, I love this place. She's excited as soon as we turn in the gates and she comes home tired but happy. If she could talk, I'm sure she'd tell me that she's played non-stop since I dropped her off.

Bec and Scott are the most caring and thoughtful people we have ever boarded any of our Border Collies during the past eighteen years. Everything is perfect. Good quality food and very clean. Large exercise yard. We cannot recommend Tarraray enough. Georgieboy will be back for another holiday for about five weeks next year.

My dogs love going here. One is a nervous rescue dog but Bek has taken the time to make her feel comfortable which is very much appreciated.

My dogs are very happy every time we've dropped them off, they walk off waging their tailes, not looking back.

Floki our Groodle is a long term client of Tararray and loves every moment he spends there. Cant speak highly enough of how well they look after him. Drags me from my car every morning to get to play with his best friend Cookie. Well done Scott and Bec.

We can go way knowing that our big sook of a cat Booster is well looked after even though he spends his time under a towel the whole time and our parrots have a ball. Great job guys 👍🐱🐦🐦
