Ardrossan Bakery

Sausage rolls at this bakery are exceptional. Upon purchasing my sausage roll I decided to also get some tomato sauce. This added a whole new dynamic to the sausage roll experience.

Was the sausage roll? You absolutely better believe it. Did the tomato sauce enhance the experience? You’re damn right that it did.

For any traveling tourists, I would recommend that you also get some napkins to ensure you can clean up those fingers after enjoying a nice sausage roll.

There were also pies and pasties available along with many treats, such as chocolate doughnuts, and a farmers union iced coffee.

This stop is definitely worth your time if you’re going down the coastline of the York Peninsula . Get yourself a scolding, hot, frothy cappuccino to take away as well and enjoy the township of Adrossan.

Very fresh tasting bakes and yummy too. Staff is very friendly however coffee was a slight bit of wait. Overall we were very happy

Came through on my way out and my way back. Plenty of stock at 1200 and still more than enough at 1330

Food is lovely and prices are good

Asked if there was a nearby public toilet and was given very helpful directions

Not sure what the negative reviews are about, but both of my experiences have been wonderful

Excellent cornish pasties and the apple and apricot turnovers are the best around.

Lovely bakery, nice and clean. There Cornish pasties and plain meat pies are the best. Friendly staff and enough room to sit and have a coffee as well. Definitely be back.😋🙂

Every time I come to Ardrossan, I stop by this bakery.
This is a moderate and lovely bakery, and a nice stop.
I often sit here with family and friends, feeling the peace and serenity of Ardrossan.
Stepping out of the bakery, we can immediately see the blue sea in front of our eyes.

Great pies, great service, cooked fresh, great coffee. Definitely worth a visit for some food and drink.

Best Steak, Bacon and Cheese Pie I’ve had in a long time! Getting the flavours and quality ingredients right! Chocolate donut also premium!

We stopped by here for lunch on our way back from Port Vincent. Delicious! Proper bakery pies, sausages rolls, and sweet baked treats.
Well worth the visit.
Plus they were open on a public holiday.

Got apricot turnover with fresh cream and apple crumble pie, both to take away and enjoy while camping for a couple of days. Both very delicious and so glad we stopped there. Nice young man to serve us.

I had today probably the best meat pie I have had for a very long time. Like the pies of old! Amazing flavour & real meat.

We visited the Ardrossan Bakery yesterday (29-July-2023) and bought pies and a Kransky for lunch. The pepper steak pies were absolutely beautiful, as was the chicken pie. Full of rich gravy and large chunks of tender meat. We deliberately ignored the cakes display as there were too many delicious looking items on offer and our waistlines would have hated us. When you're in Ardrossan pay this bakery a visit, the prices are good and the service was country style friendliness. This is definitely going to be our first stop each time that we visit Ardrossan :)

Get there early. Best pepper steak pie I've had in ages. It was the perfect eating temperature too.

Popped in to Ardrossan Whilst staying at Port Hughes. We stopped at the bakery and had pies which were delicious, fresh and with flakey pastry. We also bought one of the family sized apple crumbles to bring back to Adelaide and I have to say it was the best one we’ve had!!
Prices were great and so was the service 10/10 👌
