BIG4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park

So happy with our stay with our camper trailer and very happy with this parks location, meaning it's very in the middle of nowhere and so peaceful. But less than an hours drive to a mall or things to do.
You can hire pedal parts at the park, which our 3yo loved. And the Jetty is so pretty.
The amenities and camp kitchen are ALL kept so clean and there's a little games room but we loved the projector that they played movies on every night. And a communal fire pit.
The Pool is Friendly and the jumping pillow is fun. Didnt feet the chance to play tennis or volleyball. But it's awesome they're available.

stayed here for a family/ birthday weekend we had 3 cabins all next to each other
cabins where great!! clean and everything you needed. Park was neat and tidy staff friendly, lots of things to keep the kids happy we will definitely be back thanks for making our stay away such a memorable one!

The biggest shock we have had in a while. We didn't expect country hospitality this close to big cities. They make you feel special. WELL worth the stay. The deluxe cabin for 6 was fantastic. Photos depict the long jetty to keep the boat, a muddy caught, and my pug enjoying his room. YES, pooch friendly

Nice, clean amenities. We have arrived late in the dark and the staff gave us an easy drive thru site. Need to be careful at the bumm gate with a caravan as it is a sharp turn into the camping. Code needed for amenities and for getting in and out from camping.

Quiet park, very clean and tidy cabins. Close to shops and club. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

We have just spent a week at The Big 4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park. We also have a small dog "beautifully behaved" 😊 who was also made most welcome.This is truly the most beautifully run Park. All staff are so friendly and the amenities are so clean!!!!
Highly recommend to anyone and personally can't wait to stay again. Well done guys 💙

We have stayed at big 4 karuah twice now and we will be back again. Lots of facilities for kids and we loved being able to take the dog. We especially enjoyed the coffee van, which had good coffee and very friendly service.

This is a nice place to rest up or camp for a week or 2, just 5 minutes off the highway and well away from the truck noise, quiet and serene with all the Big4 attributes and spacious campsites.
The jetty is good for a walk or fishing with lovely views of the Karuah River. Amenities are clean and serviceable and management extremely helpfull. Have stopped here twice and enjoyed our stays.

Great place for camping with little ones. Toddler pool was perfect as was the playground.

Really loved our short stay here and enjoyed the walk out to the jetty. The after hours service was fantastic and I thank the staff member who called in advance to let us know where to find the key.

The camp is so nice. We have stayed in the ensuite powered site. The ensuite was so clean. The holiday activities and all facilities kept all the kids entertained. Thank you Cassie and all the crews for the excellent services. We will absolutely come back.

Villa so clean, staff fantastic and service. Loved it and relaxing

My family and I came here for 5 nights just before Christmas. The park is exceptionally well maintained, and the facilities meet every need you could imagine.

There are two toilet blocks, one smaller block central to the games room, pool, etc. The other one is much bigger and includes the laundry. Both are either relatively new or have been renovated in the last few years.

The jumping pillow, playground, games room, pool, exercise equipment, tennis court and volleyball court mean that there is more than enough to keep everyone entertained.

Karuah is pretty small, so don't expect much in the way of shops. But there is an IGA, bottle shop and a few places selling coffee.

The caravan sites are mostly a very good size, and even when the park was mostly full it didn't seem overly busy or crowded.

Great for families and for relaxing.

We had a lrg drive through site which made it so easy for us. Amenities were lovely and clean , very user friendly. Our fur baby was also welcome and happy here.

Right from the get go Cassie was lovely, helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
She went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe and comfortable stay.
All other staff we encountered we equally as friendly.
We originally booked in for a tent campsite, on our travel up from Melbourne. After reviewing the predicted weather for the evening, we called back to see if we could arrange a cabin (which were fully booked online).
Cassie advised to ‘leave it with her’ and called back a few hours later confirming she had arranged a Queen Villa (the entire coast was booked out for the evening).
She finalised the booking at 3 minutes to 5, right before she went home.
We arrived after hours to the lovely caretaker, who greeted us with a smile and was super helpful.
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the villa and the bonus discount from the original quote.
Also happy to find an on-site coffee van manned by a lovely chap at 7:30 on a Sunday morning.
5 stars. Would recommend and looking forward to coming back one day soon

Visit Karuah for the fresh oysters, but this time sadly no more - we spent 2 nights here, and enjoyed our stay, kitchen, showers, etc clean and well maintained, staff are great. Love the jetty for the evening walks, and if you up early or late you can catch a glimpse of the bunnies :) Will definitely come back

Great children's playground and adult entertainment with PINBALL MACHINES people and a POOL TABLE!!!!

Spacious sites with or without power.🌺 Relaxing atmosphere and stunning views from the jetty overlooking the beautiful river.
Immaculate amenities with an amazing kitchen with fridge microwave and country gas BBQ.
Staff are amazing friendly and happy.
Can't say enough good things about this tourist attraction.
You'll make it a favourite on your list of holiday venues for sure.

Nice Park. Has a shop 2 blocks down where you can buy oysters. short walk to the shops. Large site. enjoyed the band. Loved the pickles that they sold at reception. very friendly staff. Clean toilets and a very long jetty attached to the park to go fishing

We all had fun. It is nice park. Had a fire 🔥 place, which was amazing and also kids played free games and watched movie at night
