Best Box on the mid-north-coast by far! I completed my quarter finals here this year. Great equipment, knowledgeable coaches, family friendly, awesome music, supportive members and the best atmosphere!! Thank you for having me.

Great Box. I come in for a week of drop-ins.All the members are really welcoming and made me feel like it was my own box. All the coaches are really knowledgeable and helped a lot I had Crystal. Awesome community to be apart of I’ll be back.

Friendly and welcoming box. My husband and I dropped in for the week and we felt right at home. The team even created a separate workout for our teenage family members so they could participate in crossfit for the first time. Thanks Viv, we'll definitely be back
