They came to my house to install an air-conditioner. They came in with cigarette smell so I was uncomfortable letting them in but I had to. Then I had an issue with installation of wifi adaptor in the air-conditioning. Although instruction was given to them to install wifi adaptor, they have no experience installing one. So we watched 'Youtube' video together to install it. (It was shocking! ). They are not so professional.
