The experience for patients (and probably also staff) would be enormously improved if the reception desk was staffed, so the phlebotomist didn't have to waste their time dealing with complaints and inquiries rather than being able to focus on clearing the queue!

Like all collection centres, this centre can sometimes have an *extremely* long wait (an hour or more) -- today was one of these days. The phlebotomist was extremely efficient, professional, and very friendly, and communicated the situation as well as she could, especially considering it shouldn't be her job to do so!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got to the place on Saturday 13/1/2024 on 9:20 a.m
took a number from the counter, and sat down to wait. After waiting for half an hour, it was finally my turn, but the lady with black scarf who is doing the test said someone else had booking.

I said I waited for about 30 minutes, and I had another booking somewhere else in 10 min and told the person there that I was in a hurry. Surprisingly, the person with the reservation let me go first.

However, when I entered the room, the person in charge said the woman with the reservation was pregnant and should go first and You MUST RESPECT HER😳Which it wasn't my fault and not my Responsibility. The problem was that she didn't manage reservations well, leaving those without one confused about the system.

Sadly, the test administrator treated me poorly.
I'll definitely report her formally.

Out of all the places with bad customer service, this one wins the award.

They have no system in place. They have an unattended reception desk, fortunately, with a hard to see sign. "Take a number and sit". It sounds easy enough, right? No, they also have pre-booked appointments or direct referrals from GPs next door who get prioritised, so if you're one number next, it can be 5 minutes wait or 5 hours wait. Who knows.

Just because they have to sit and work 8 hours a day doesn't mean they should make patients wait for the whole day with them. But unfortunately they don't realise that. Make your signs and intentions transparent, stop wasting people's time. Be better.

FYI, I left after our talk and denied their service. There are plenty of others close by that hopefully know what respect is

18/11/2023. 9:30 am Can't guess. It was open or closed. No waiting numbers to pick.No movement. Two before me left after long wait. I did the same.😄. No more visits.

At 12.42pm I was told it was closed even though it says 1:00 p.m. and the supposed to be opened until that time.
Even a closed sign put up 17 to 18 minutes before closure time which is disgustingly lazy. (6/10/23)

Awfully slow! Just one more extra staff at the reception seems to be able to make the whole thing going at a faster pace! Time is money…. We just cant afford to waste so much time here! Pls do something!

Rude and unprofessional lady, she has no customer sevice skill, she speans to patients rudely and has no respect for others.

Two times I have been here. Disappointing!!!
It gets 15 minutes for each patient to take test. Only one person works here. The management’s must think about it. We’re patients.

Poor service, person who is taking sample today refused to attend, because it was nearly 12pm and they are going to close soon. He gave excuse that he have to do cleaning after that and he was already busy from morning can't attend any more patient.

I came to this place on Saturday, there is no one in the reception. I wait more then one hour to collect the blood. Terrible customer service. It better close the door then work like this

Just one person collecting sample who is very slow, I spent more than 1hour waiting to take my blood. Its terribly slow
