Had an wonderful time here. My friend and I had reservations and were greeted with a friendly front of house smile and given a table too close to a corner with a few others when there were a number of other free tables. THIS was the ONLY issue. If the restaurant was fully patroned I wouldn't have asked to move one table away and the rest of the evening went without a an major hitch. Table was set tastefully. Service from here on was attentive and friendly. A happy waitress came for our drinks and they were served as ordered. Then a young, friendly and possible less experienced waitress didn't know about a particular menu question. (remember peeps we all start our careers not knowing something) Soon resolved and our meals arrived with a welcomed WOW. Mine looked like a deconstructed taco with so many components I happily didn't know where to start!!
It tasted A-MAZ-ING and I thoroughly recommend it. My initial reaction was that's not much but it was more than plenty. My companion had a most tender and tasty steak. Nothing was left on either plate and we enjoyed every mouthful. Even toilets immaculate and welcoming with similar/same floral arrangement as out front. Recommend you check Georgia the Head Chef is on but am assured all chefs are as adept.

Holden Lauder has to be one of the best cooks at that place. I always get the best and most juicy patties that slap harder then a alcholic dad in the 50's. my burgers are always built perfect and the cheese never leaks into the box. My fries are always perfectly fried and are just my favourite. 10/10

Staff seemed nice, the food and drinks were made really well for a McDonald’s.

One of the cleanest McDonald's stores I've been to in a long time, the young staff that were on this day were incredibly friendly and very helpful, the service was quick and served with a smile 😃

Had the best Bacon and Egg Mc muffin today 22nd August 2023, tasted delicious and was put together perfectly all the cheese was inside.

Went through the drive through, (9.30, 30/01) the girl taking my order was clear, well spoken and polite.
When I picked up my order the girl who gave it to me was cheerful and polite.
These girls are a credit to the brand

I love going to McDonald's I don't get the food but I do by a lactose free cappuccino which is always beautiful, or I get a coffee frappe which I also very good the chips are also pretty good much better than hungry Jacks.

The food is just as good as any other McDonald's, occasionally the fries are a little cold and dry, but I usually just go back and say I want fresh one's and they are usually happy to replace them

The mymacca's app has some really good deals from time to time, so it is good to get a little discount on that

They know how to make a decent toastie & a great coffee. Friendly service, too.

Walked in after justopening. Got breakfast very quickly & it was great being on a holiday on The Copper Coast. Weather today is sunny & mild.

such lovely staff, I had a great experience here on a visit, it was a quick and friendly experience I was served at the first window by two lovely staff that were so polite Brooke and Amelia I think there names were. I then went down to the second window and was given my food by the manager that was also really polite and food was great.

I feel as though there are many people on here writing bad reviews complaining on things like the ‘noise’ or the ‘young staff’ and forgetting that it is actually a fast food chain. Yes there are a few beebs here and there however if the noise is affecting you from eating your meal that much there is always the option to sit in the comfy benches outside and even get the food brought to your table! Pretty nifty for a fast food restaurant hey. The fact that people are complaining about the young staff is just petty. McDonald’s is a great opportunity for our future generation to gain the knowledge on customer service, food health and safety, dealing with money as well as saving for personal needs. The amount of people that you see come into the restaurant and verbally abuse different staff members is apawling especially concidering that they often come in with the the same age children as the person taking the order. With personal experiences whenever I get the occasional wrong order the staff are super apologetic about it and always fix it in speedy timing too.
