We were there in late December. Such a beautiful camp ground. We had a site directly on the lake. Plenty of bird life and seen Emus and Kangaroos on our hikes. Direction posting during the hikes could be better, but we got through it. We also seen a thunderstorm late at night in the distance past the lake. It was awesome. On the clear nights, it's a great spot for star spotting (and satellites). We will be going back there again. 5 stars

As a day visitor, we just had a look.
The drive is interesting, nice spot on the shore.
There were no campers at all.

A lovely, safe and well serviced camp ground for rigs of all sizes. The walks are beautiful and bird life wonderful. Plenty of water in the lake for kayaking.

They’ve recently let water into Lake Mournpall which adds to the experience. Extremely nice facilities, good walks, awesome for photography.

An awesome spot in the national park. Pretty quiet. When we were there in the middle of August, there were just a handful of other visitors during the day, most of them birdwatching. At night we had the whole campground for ourselves.
This place has the most amazing night sky I have ever seen in my life. If you are into stargazing or astrophotography, this is an excellent place! Unfortunately we only had about an hour of clear skies when we were there, but it was still a magnificent experience!

Great spot for a few days. Great Toilet facilities, both ambulant and disabled, and in excellent condition. Both General and Recycled rubbish bins. All regularly maintained by the local Rangers. A real credit to Parks Vic. Pays to bring your own firewood, we did. We had a great time. Thank You.

We just passed through from Hattah campground, travelling on the mournpall track to the Murraty river. Clean toilets and water close to the lake and walking tracks. In winter the ranger supplies some firewood as the nights are very cold. We bought our own wood with us. You need to book ahead but the price is cheap for such a beautiful area.

Beautiful campsite; facilities were the best I've used in any national park and the roads were in great condition. The walking trails around the campsite were also fantastic. Would happily camp here again.

Great campsites right on the edge of the lake. Very clean and be toilet facilities. Also like how the were rubbish and recycling bins located around campsites. The 9km lake walk is well worth the 3 hours of you have time.

A very peaceful and secluded campsite. Beautiful site with direct access to the lake and some good walks. Camp in nature with minimal distractions

Great camp spot with lots of self choice sites, shady or sunny. Birds, emus & roos in abundance on the round-the-lake walk.
