Southern Yorke Peninsula Visitor Centre

The lovely lady who was working the day my partner and I went into the information centre was so nice and very helpful. She was very knowledgeable of the area and told us a bunch of different things to do and see while we visited the Yorke Peninsula. The gift shop inside as well has a heap of cute things. We bought a Stansbury hoodie and a turtle bookmark 😂 Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re unsure on what to do on your holiday!

To the poor lady who was working today Fri Jan 29, I feel sorry that you had to contend with the i***t who came in & asked where he could buy a pair of overalls! 🤦🏻‍♀ signed: The Wife! (you must put up with all sorts, I couldn't believe he did that!)

Staff/Volunteers are lovely & helpful.
We were expecting to have souvenirs of surrounding areas too as the Port Vincent Information office was closed the days we visited.

The people at this Info Centre would only talk to me from a distance. They are very scared of Covid-19. They told me to “stay away from small towns” presumably because I pose risk to the community? I believe they have mass formation psychosis and they need mental health support.
